I would give zero stars if possible. I was in a Saturday night, the bartender and manager (I’m assuming considering the conversation I overheard) was DISGUSTING.

Jose, whose name was on the check, was extremely unprofessional. I speak enough Spanish to understand basic conversations and he was speaking about his employees, especially the women with so much misogyny. He made a remark about how some woman wanted to sleep with him? SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

The owner needs to reevaluate the staff they hire. If this man is supposed to be the face of the restaurant, I can’t imagine what that means for the rest of their management staff.

Best carne asada around; juicy and flavorful. You know you're in a great spot when they ask how you'd like a thin piece of meat cooked. Excellent varied menu choices including vegetables! Nice tequila selection and plenty of other spirits available. The bar is fun and lively and has tvs for sports.

Walked into Agave late on a Saturday night with low expectation and honestly, not many other options.

What I ordered:
Chile Relleno – My go-to at most Mexican spots these days. Served hot with beans (no rice, since theirs is cooked with chicken stock. I’m vegetarian).
Taste-wise? No complaints. It hit the spot.
But for $20, just one chile relleno? The portion felt underwhelming.

The complimentary salsa was a nice touch- flavorful and fresh.

Ambience was okay, and service was decent.
Would I go back? Probably not. Nothing terrible, but not compelling enough for a second visit either.

Came for belated Father's Day Dinner, the Monday after. First time here. My son and husband ordered the same thing Traditional Carne Asada. I had the Cameron's Mexicanos. They were both very delicious!!! Sorry.... dove into our food! But here is a glimpse of it. We will definitely be back!!

Good food. Nice people, but Pay attention to your bill. They will give themselves a 20% tip on top of your bill and then come around and ask for an additional tip.

The delivery of food was very uncoordinated with no communications, so my fajita came as three separate dishes 10+ minutes apart.

First the rice + cheese + beans
Then the tortillas and then the actual beef.
