Love going here for all the authentic Thai dishes, the great vegetarian selection, their willingness to ensure that they truly make everything vegetarian including the sauce as well as the atmosphere. This time was no exception. We had the fresh rolls, the spicy beans and tofu, the baseman curry and the fried rice, all made perfectly to the spice levels we wanted. Bai Tong Redmond is a great spot to come with family and friends. The menu is extensive, with plenty of curry, noodle, and stir-fry options and vegan & vegetarian friendly. Service is fast and friendly as well.
