Huge servings and delicious food. It’s difficult finding a good taqueria or Mexican food truck in Redmond and this one is definitely the best. Get the torta con asada and you won’t be disappointed. Big portions, loaded with carne, pickled jalapeños, avocado (no extra charge) and more. 10/10 will be coming back for the torta.

edit: came back for a burrito with carne asada. guy gave me a ground beef burrito. Dont say choice of meat if you arent going to give one. Very average burrito not worth 15$
