Prices are hiked in this location compared to the other stores in the same locality (Bellevue store is ~3 miles away). When asked about the price difference the response was that the owner decides the price based on the rent, etc.
The rent is proportional to the location which lands more customer traffic, so the owner is paying more rent for more traffic. To charge more on top of that is just being greedy imo.

Imagine Walmart or Safeway stores few miles apart charging differently for the same product.
Never going back to this store again. Dissapointed.

Ordered some of the milkshakes. The mangonada and beach day. The mango one was disgusting. I love mango and tajin but there was an absurd amount of chamoy that made the whole thing taste like a hot sauce slurry that didn’t mix with the mango so you’d drink it straight. The beach day was good but really thin. Guess they don’t know how to make a milkshake here. And it was almost $20

The employee working at this location was kind, respectful, and understanding. The manager, who I spoke with over the phone, was the opposite.

I custom ordered a photo cake days in advance, and received no flags or issues with the image when uploaded (I have confirmation). Somewhere along the way, the image must have been corrupted by the system so the cake came out with a corrupted image.

I was under a time crunch, and requested to be refunded or receive a replacement cake from the existing stock. After a very long and frustrating conversation with the manager, who repeatedly let me know that this was not their fault or responsibility, I was finally allowed to take a different cake in exchange.

I did not appreciate the managers tone and the implicit blame they placed on me. They repeatedly told me this was not their fault and not their problem to deal with, as they were not Baskin Robbins corporate or the upload system. Referring to themselves as a “small business” and that they were only doing this as a “favor to me” since it was not their fault. It was clear that the customer was not respected here, and my lifelong love for Baskin-Robbins has been left with a sour taste.
