Yesterday we visited BJ's and we were a group of 8 people during evening time, I wanted to share how great our time was at your BJ's, especially because of one special person - Serenity. She was so nice and patient with us, always smiling and making sure we got everything we needed. What really stood out was how patient she was. She listened to us and helped us pick the best stuff, always with a smile. Her kindness made us feel relaxed and happy the whole time.
Everything was a mix of luke warm or room temperature. Some of the mashed potatoes would be warm but other parts would be room temperature. Same with the ribs. It's like they cooked it earlier and left it under a lamp or I got someone's doordash order that was sitting around. I went at 7pm so not like I walked in right before closing time. This is prime eating hours.I asked for a loaded baked potato and got this served in a cup. When I looked at the receipt it said loaded mashed potatoes but I was charged as if it was a premium side. You guys owe me some potato skin.The blandest broccoli I've ever eaten in my life.

We came in for dinner and came back for dessert. We had Anna for our waitress both times and she was amazing! She was very friendly, and was super helpful. She was excited to see us when we came back in! She was super sweet and accommodating! If you come in make sure you get Anna as your waitress!

My 2 year old and I got food poisoning that's what happened. I am never coming back here. We ordered chicken tenders and fries from the kids menu, mozzarella sticks (appetizer), the house burguer. It's 11pm and I am cleaning vomit off my daughter's carpet. Never coming back.

We come here quite often, however the food quality has declined, first they moved away from real plates when you order hamburgers, they come now in aluminum trays.The food quality has also decreased significantly, now closer to red Robin which is not good.

Worst service!They took about 20 min to take the order and 38 min for a glass of hot water. It was a weekday and it was not at all crowded! My order was messed up as well. I got wrong order 3 times and I had to send it back and when I actually got the original order, my pizza was ridiculously cold and the ice cream had melted. The waitress even argued that’s how it is!!! Boy, I have had that trillion times and it was never like this ever!! Totally disappointed. Never going into this restaurant ever again.

Had a very bad experience. The waitress was constantly confused and did not seem to care. We got water 30mins after sitting at the table. We ordered a deep dish veggie pizza and hot fudge brownie pizookie. The pizza was cold and the ice cream on the pizookie was already melted by the time the waitress brought our order. It felt like eating milk with brownie, when I asked the waitress she said thats how it is since its a hot fudge brownie. I mean I have been here 4 times and all the times the pizookie was not like this. And in between, other servers would bring (flung) wrong orders to the table and then leave. The waittress got the pizza order wrong when I specifically stated that i wanted a mini and literally pointed my finger at the exact menu item. We specifically come to BJ’s every week for the pizookie, but this experience left a bad taste and overall a horrible experience.

Nice looking restaurant and friendly staff. Unfortunately the good things end there. We got a deep dish pizza that had an extremely thick dough and a sauce that tasted like plain tomato paste. The chicken parm was no better. It tasted like reheated frozen pieces of chicken. The chicken strips and fries were below average. I do not recommend going to this restaurant solely because of the food.Parking: Surface lot in front of the restaurant.
Have been coming to BJs for a while now and used to be one of our favorite but clearly the food quality and taste has drastically come down.. the fruits they give with the kids meals are stale and really bad.. even the food that we ordered was very bland too oily to eat. Kids mini burger was really bad too. The bun was bad and the cheese looked really weird too.. not sure if we will be visiting again anytime sooner..

Absolutely love this location! The staff is always soo friendly and sweet. We called ahead and asked if they could save us a cinnamon roll pizookie (knowing that they would most definitely run out) and they were so happy to hold one for us!! HOW SWEET:)) the manager even came by and was just so kind! The cinnamon roll pizookie itself was amazinggg! The inside of the roll with the icing and ice cream oooof. Not sure if I would always get this but it was a change for sure. I recommend trying it while they have it for sure tho:)
