It is not worth going here on a Saturday. Last week they weren't even taking orders when it was sunny out. But today it's raining and my order is taking over 45 minutes to get ready and I even ordered it online. I just talked to another lady who's been here for 45 minutes in person. They are way understaffed or they shouldn't be taking orders. I will not come on Saturdays again

Second time visiting. I'm really glad they have outdoor seating. I wish the overhead heaters worked a little better and were better situated because they don't actually help that much. But I'm still glad they have them!I love their bagels and they have an amazing assortment. Their shmears are also great. Highly recommend the jalapeno!Sandwiches are great, too, and you can order off the menu or customize your own.And even though every time I'm here it's non-stop people coming through, no one ever waits for very long. Great service, great food.

Did an order for a company event. Selected from their huge variety and there was something for everyone? The catering staff was very helpful and bagels were ready for pickup as stated early the next morning.

Wow, that was a damn good bagel! Went with the Lenny Lipschitz, with pepper jack for a small kick, on poppy.. omg.. love the Schmear as well; garlic herb is to die for! If you want a burnt bagel and incredibly rude service this is the place to go.
Amazing food. Staff is friendly too. It takes a bit of time during peak hours but it’s worth it. They also have coffee and you can bring your dog friend too, free bagel for them!Vegetarian options: Plenty of options. They have veg type bagel sandwiches and simple bagels

Took 20 minutes to make two bagels with cream cheese when it wasn’t busy. To top it off they put the wrong kind of cream cheese on the bagel. Bagels taste good but organization really takes away from the experience. The bagels were also cold by the time we got them. Their system needs to improve from the customer experience

One of my favorite spots. Everything is wonderful. Very dog friendly. All the flavors of bagel and shmear. My favorite is the half off bagels and getting a container of garlic herb shmear. Will continue to come here when I'm in the area. Keep it up BLAZIN!!
