Second time visiting. I'm really glad they have outdoor seating. I wish the overhead heaters worked a little better and were better situated because they don't actually help that much. But I'm still glad they have them!I love their bagels and they have an amazing assortment. Their shmears are also great. Did an order for a company event. Selected from their huge variety and there was something for everyone? The catering staff was very helpful and bagels were ready for pickup as stated early the next morning.

It is not worth going here on a Saturday. Last week they weren't even taking orders when it was sunny out. But today it's raining and my order is taking over 45 minutes to get ready and I even ordered it online. I just talked to another lady who's been here for 45 minutes in person. They are way understaffed or they shouldn't be taking orders. I will not come on Saturdays again
