Delicious hot pots & refreshing drinks. The table spacing was cozy, but the staff (& nearby patrons) were friendly & helpful with questions. We both enjoyed our meals and we look forward to returning.

Extremely rude staff and manager. I walked in with my task-trained service dog (he has 4 trained tasks, passed the CGC, CGCU, and Public Access Test, and was extremely well behaved in the waiting area of the restaurant). One of the staff spoke to what I assume was the manager in Chinese with a mainland accent. They asked for certifications. I told them that in the USA there is no such thing as a nationally recognized certification and they cannot ask for that. They insisted that it is Washington State law that a certification is required. I told them that is not true according to the ADA and offered to pull out the laws for them to read. They said said they do not need to read the laws, because as a business they have the right to pick and choose which customers they want to serve! This is outright discrimination (imagine them denying someone due to age, gender, ethnicity and say they have the right to choose who they serve). I told them they cannot deny on a basis of someone having a service dog. They insisted that this is company policy. They were extremely rude, unwilling to listen or even look at the laws, discriminatory during the whole process. I was not able to eat here at all. I have submitted a Department of Justice form for this restaurant.

Always a delight to eat at this place and their service is mazing very friendly staff. They are quick and accommodating. I would eat there when I am visiting my daughter. It's one of my favorite place to eat!

Super great food. Incredibly annoying that they close at 7:00 and stop seating around 6:30.

Came here on a Saturday with five people and the wait wasn't too terrible. The food was tasty and flavorful. The dishes are deep and you get a lot for your money. Overall it was a good experience.

Good food bad service. Apparently they don’t allow bringing your own drinks but I had no idea. Walked in with a half empty Starbucks, waited, and seated. They even brought me water and didn’t mention about that policy until I was ready to order. They were so inflexible and forced me to either put my iced drink in a warm car or put in their refrigerator who knows what else is in it? Raw meat maybe. Why wouldn’t they say anything the moment I walked in? I would have walked away.

In my first visit, I enjoyed the experience overall. However, as a non-pork eater, I requested a substitution of vegetables and tofu in my seafood pot, and the server mentioned an extra charge. My order without pork included 2 shrimp, 1 squid ring, dried tofu, and lots of cabbage. I noticed other reviews where people received substitutions without an extra charge, which seemed inconsistent.

Great hotpots from Taiwan. Fast service, clean environment. We like the house special pot and the lamb hotpots. Good for both winter and summer dining! The wait time in Redmond store seems to be shorter than the one in Bellevue, easier parking too.

Boiling point as always was delicious. I always go there when it's winter or when I need a hot ? meal.We got #1,#2,and #3. For those who do not eat pork, it is possible to sub it for beef.As always, please go there early as the long get even longer after 11 am. The redmond location is even smaller than Bellevue and Renton location.Vegetarian options: Only 1 dish is vegetarian.Parking: It is extremely difficult to find parking in this location.

Easily one of my favorite hot pot places, the environment is friendly and I'd say that it's just so flavourful. Be aware that if you bring a drink in, it will be covered by a bag for their policy, however they have a number of drinks on the menu you can choose from. Moreover, their seafood hot pot is delicious but the parking is quite small!

Service is good. Food is good, but less meat. We have to add extra meat.

This is what I asked for "less" ice, I can't imagine what it will look like if I didn't say anything.
