Sat there with my little personal hot pot, broth slowly bubbling, kind of hypnotic. The garlic pork belly came out still sizzling, smelled rich without being overpowering. Tbh my glasses fogged up half the time but it felt cozy and unhurried.
I love this hot pot place. The food is consistently tasty and the ingredients feel fresh. The staff were welcoming and quick to help, so everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Definitely coming back!
Ordered the beef hot soup, sat there with the steam fogging my glasses a bit, which was kind of nice on a cold day. Broth hits hard, deep spicy kick, and the beef has that soft chew. Dumped the rice straight in and it turned into this heavy, cozy bowl.
