Not only is the coffee AMAZING, the customer service is so wonderful! I am hosting Brunch on Saturday and just ran out of my last bag of beans from here. I planned to make cappuccinos for my party on Saturday and bragged about the coffee to everyone! I was going to order pickup for Friday afternoon but selected delivery by accident! I rushed over a little before they closed and she was able to pack my order on the spot, saved me ass <3
Great coffee, great customer service
I have been using the Gran Miscela Carmo blend exclusively when making espresso at home for the past 6 months. The coffee is always fresh, delicious, and balanced. More than the quality of coffee though, the customer service is amazing. There was a mixup with USPS where the shipment was lost, and when I emailed to ask about it, Dana replied promptly and helped me pick up my order from the store, the same day with no charge....
