Ordered a burrito for my husband and three tacos for me. Got two burritos. His order was correct. Mine was a fat ugly burrito and NOT three crispy corn tacos. The label on "my burrito" said very clearly "three tacos" but there were no tacos in the order. Not the first time they've messed up, but probably the last time I'll order from them. I even called the restaurant at 8:30 and the robot answered that the restaurant was closed (says open until 10:00 on the website).
last 3 visits I have had missing ingredients in my orders. My last visit today I went back to get order corrected. lady gave me the missing ingredients in separate bowl. I asked if I could have a new bowl made since my bowl was now cold. she told me she would have to charge me. when I got home my bowl was ice cold and black beans were mushy. The bowl was now completely un-edible. I had to throw it out. What a waste of money. I once was a loyal customer. Not anymore....read full review
Ordered Carnitas bowl online. Bowl was barely 1/2 full of ingredients! Quality has been going downhill in the past 6 months. Worst experience yet. Live locally, but won't return. We're done.
