Food is usually good. Staff can be a hit or miss. Sometimes they are insanely friendly, and other times you feel like they just don't want to be there. Line usually goes pretty fast though.

honestly i love going to the Redmond chipotle over the totem lake one. I feel more welcome, bigger food portions, and the staff here are nicer. I continuously have problems with the rude workers and small portions. I came to chipotle after my track meet and had the most delicious burrito ever. I asked for extra sour cream and if i could have a vinaigrette, which the lady was more than happy to give it to me. It was truly the most delicious chipotle i've ever had. and it was...

Cindy was incredibly kind, friendly, and served me with generous portions that truly made my day! A big thank you Cindy for your excellent service which didn't go unnoticed!
