Very tasty ice cream and super nice stuff!Went there yesterday near closing time, worrying that we might not get served.The employee was super nice and patient, gave us the time to choose the ice cream we wanted and did everything with a smile.I got a waffle bowl with 3 scoops: orange, blueberry muffin and black cherry. It was amazing! ?

We recently visited this outlet. We ordered mint with Oreos and mango with Oreos. The mint ice cream was decent but the mango completely lacked flavor. I'm from California recently located I went here with my friend I placed my order she tried to cup my ice cream hardly mixed so I politely asked her to mix it more she also did not give me a top for my ice cream and I have a bit of a drive till I get home. So my friend pays as my friends checking out there is an older white lady who gets handed her ice cream then gets to pay while they held our shit behind the counter till we paid which rubbed me very wrong won't be back to this location

Service is abysmal unless they're incredibly slow. Then staff are hiding in the back, no where to be found. First time I went in for a pickup I waited 10 minutes for someone to come check out the front, and see they had a customer. Second time they were slammed and the line barely moved over a 30 minute period with 5 staff members behind the counter. The last time Ive gone in they were moderately busy, I had an order to pickup so I waited by the registers for a quiet moment to pick it up. I was ignored for almost 20 minutes until I added a stern tone to my voice. They saw me, we made lots of eye contact. They had moments to stop and talk with each other but not 10 seconds to help me with my pickup. Ice cream and cakes are great as always. But the quality just isn't worth the wait anymore.
The scoops were not cold. The store was very hot inside and too noisy.

The staff was very friendly, but it was the worst ice cream I have ever had. If you still consider a pile of melted liquid "ice cream" of course. Had to eat it like some room-temperature smoothie. First time trying, never coming back again.

This is very much an ice cream parlour where it is the add ons which make the dish, as I didn't think the ice cream per se was particularly imaginative or attractive, but the base flavours were used in a variety of ways to create sundaes, cones and cups, with the addition of sauces, sprinkles brownies etc. Visiting from the UK, I don't think I will ever get used to the cost of living in the Pacific North West, and the Seattle area in particular - two scoops of ice cream and one Chocolate Dream 'small' cup came to nearly $16.

Best ice cream place in Redmond. We really like cold stone creameries and this is one of the best in the country. Ice cream, toppings, cakes, store itself... everything is great. But what really sets this location apart is the service. We have visited many times over 5+ years and the staff is always great. One snow day in 2022, the owner closed the shop so he didn't put his employees at risk to come in, but this left many cakes (including ours) that were supposed to be picked up that day at risk of being "on time" for the special event. Justin was very communicative and ended up personally driving the cake to our house to make sure it got there in time for my wife's birthday. Incredible. We hope to enjoy ice cream and ice cream cakes from here for many more years.
