I noticed there are a lot of bad reviews about the customer service, so I think it may depend on the day you visit. I went on a Saturday, and there was a man and a young girl working. The customer service was great—I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help when I was looking into the cake fridge. The ice cream cake is always so good. I got the 6” Oreo ice cream and it was delish!! Thank you again for the two working early Saturday! My boyfriend was really happy!

Great experience! The workers there are so friendly and welcoming, they work very efficiently while keeping quality work. Special shout out to one of the workers, Rebecca, she is so kind and was working great even in the chaos of a busy day. The ice cream was great too with a great selection of dairy free ice creams, 100% worth it!
