I love this place. I love that they are halal and Muslim owned. I need the sliders to be a permanent menu option as they are the perfect size in comparison to a big sandwich. The cheeseburger is really good too.
Cons : I don’t like how the sliders don’t come with a drink as it should be a combo! The kitchen seems to be overwhelmed everytime I visit so make sure you double check your bag bc 9 times out of 10 they forget something.

I arrived around 12:15AM on 10/18 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and showed a complete lack of customer service. They forgot to include my fries in the order (not the first time), and when I went back in to let them know, they didn’t believe me and asked me to bring the bags back. My partner brought them in, and barely checking the bag, the employee realized her mistake and handed us a large order of fries. The situation was handled poorly, and the attitude we received was unacceptable. No one is lying about $2 fries- check the orders you pack before making a fool of yourself.

I got the strips with fries meal and it was SOOOO good! Fries were perfectly seasoned. The chicken was juicy and not greasy. I’m excited to stop by again to try their chicken and waffles. Definitely need more locations!

They also frequently forget items like French fries and act as if it’s the customer’s mistake, even though I’ve been here many times and order the same thing. It would also really help if they read the special instructions more carefully.

They never pick up calls. One time I reached them and asked to do not put any seasoning on the fries but they couldn’t find my order on doordash although order was already preparing and then they just hang up the phone with no answer. They gave my order to someone else’s dasher without checking and now rejecting to make it. Already 5 dashers were reassigned 😐I was waiting for more than 1 hour The worst experience

And they took so long to bring the order. Served couple of orders that were after us before us. Totally unlike the first one in Los Angeles in Lakewood CA
