They are closed down, owner retiring according to the note left on the door. "Thanks for 30 years" it says, I've been a customer for all those 30 years, I'll miss that place. As another reviewer said, lots of memories there.

UPDATE: Adding to Mark Baker's announcement, I went to the Kirkland location to get information; apparently the owner retired and they couldn't keep up with the new Washington minimum wage law ($20.76) for their staff.
The closest one now is Sammamish.

Not too many people around, but the service was good.

Love DQ's ice cream cone and strawberry sundae. Tastes just the same as decades ago. Only difference is a small cone now costs over $4 with tax!

Went here on Saturday and ordered a chocolate milkshake and some cheese curds. I was throwing up a few hours later and the rest of the night. I will never eat here again.

We got what we ordered. It took a bit to order and receive food.

I bought Oreo blizzard cake for kid birthday it was only vanilla and some Oreo. The base was missing. How is it possible they missed the base. And they changed 44$ for just vanilla cream. I’ll never visit this place they are scammers and I’m going to send pics of cake to management.

The food I ordered was cold and and there was literally a couple fries. I am really disappointed in this Dairy Queen. I will not be eating here ever again. I don’t recommend for anyone to eat here

They were incredibly rude to me, after I almost broke my car in their drain in the middle of the street. They love humiliating their customers.

I ordered a Large fries and Banana Split an hour ago at this outlet (16989 Redmond Way, Redmond, WA 98052).

I have been a Dairy Queen customer since 1988. I have never seen such a small portion of the Banana Split. The fries was more of the small category than what we ordered.

The overall feeling was of being shortchanged and cheated. I just hope Dairy Queen checks out this outlet to ensure that it is not a regular occurrence.

Ordered a small Oreo blizzard. They put way too much in the cup and tried to put a lid on it to keep it from spilling which is so dumb because that’s not gonna stop ice cream from melting. Also I couldn’t just take the lid off and eat the excess because it sat on the counter for 10 minutes while I waited in the drive through, I could tell because the guy didn’t flip it.

Got all over me and my new car. Also the Oreo pieces were not broken up properly so they were huge.

Nothing inherently wrong with the service or attitude but the product was a 0/10
