We wait 25 minutes just to receive cold poorly cooked food. The staff was messing around and letting food just sit in the window getting cold. Don't

Honestly their fries are pretty darn good. And one thing I do like about this dairy Queen location is it actually has like a full menu. There's a dairy Queen in Tacoma that only has fried foods and like no burgers but this place has a whole Shibang. Whoever is running the joint has been there for 25 years, at the point of them adding the plaque on the wall by the counter where they take your order. It's always nice to see a place where somebody who is stuck to their guns. Usually you have better service and better products at places that don't have high turnover rates among the management. But it looks like a bunch of tweens work there, but they still do good work. They're better than Burger King and taking care of their customers. A little inside joke for anybody who happens to read my reviewsVegetarian options: I think they had one option that was considered vegetarian. It's like an ice cream bar and I could be wrong. But I'm pretty sure everything there is animal product. It's my favorite, but I'm trying to be clear for everybody out there who is a vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Dairy queen. Dairy. If you get explosive cuz you're lactose intolerant, they do have that full menu you can lean back on, but if your diabetic or lactose intolerant just don't come, the food is too good to resistParking: It's a corner lot that surrounded by parking spaces but it's also like situated inside of a like a strip mall or something, like the location itself isn't in a strip mall it's like the parking is for strip mall or various stores like as if it's some sort of a shopping center so there's plenty of parking even if you can't find a spot that's right outside the doors. Just looking out for that drive through that you have to cross to get in through either side of the store and you're stepping through technically the drive-thruKid-friendliness: Ice cream. Those little #@$+@&-$ scream for itWheelchair accessibility: Pretty sure you don't have to Bunny Hop your way in, you should be good. Just, don't get hit by blind drivers.

I love Dairy Queen and buy it often for myself and my family but tonight I bought a blizzard at the Eastgate location to bring home to my boyfriend (he lives in Redmond) and when I got to his house getting out of my car I dropped the whole thing completely upside down like there was no saving it. Not wanting to drive back to Eastgate to see if they would remake the blizzard I stooped by Redmond DQ thinking they will remake it for me I bet. They seriously would not remake the blizzard for me you guys. They looked at me like I was crazy to even ask. What happened to good old fashioned customer service. I know this is not like a huge deal or anything and usually I wouldn’t even say anything and just buy a new one but man it makes me sad that people are that untrustworthy. I mean the least the manager tonight could have done was ask to see my receipt or card charge but he didn’t even do that just said sorry I can’t help you and looked at me like I was lying about the whole thing.Ok my rant is over. I’m just going to buy another freaking blizzard.

Blizzards are no longer blizzards here. They don't even mox the blizzards properly so all the ingredients are at the top and in large chunks so once that's done you have a whole cup of vanilla ice cream. Not returning!

I have been a customer of this Dairy Queen since the 80s. I am not a "boomer." They didn't get my order correct multiple times over the last couple of months. Young people goofing off while night manager on his cell phone. Cannot leave message on phone to tell them about poor experiences because voicemail always full. Contacted International DQ to complain, never got a response. This owner and his family are too busy to notice how poorly this restaurant is managed. They should sell it to someone else who can do better, rather than keeping it with this current owner. If Warren Buffett made the time to eat there, he would cancel their franchise agreement. The owners/management just doesn't care, so here is your bad review! You earned it. This is the worst DQ I have ever been to. Overpriced and not worth your time!

If they could complete an order correctly and give me a receipt it would be absolutely amazing. This DQ has repeatedly left items out of my order and failed to give me a receipt. Contacted the store, they offer to comp with Coupons. Coupons? Why would I reward a bad job with repeat service?

Honestly the prices for getting 4 strip baskets one of them was with a soda and that coated $44 dollars like really? That pathetic of company to rip people off with prices sky high. No wonder I stop freaking going here when I was growing up.... I miss our dairy Queen.... but for real 44 dollars ????!!!?! For just 4 strip baskets..... Here I thought it be costing what 26 dollars maybe 30 dollars but no...

It's a disappointment, I go every Sunday with my family and we buy a chicken strips basket, they gave me my order and when I opened it I saw that there was no bread, I went to the cashier and asked him and he kindly told me that he was going to complete it, that's when one of the cooks The ones inside grabbed the bread with their ungloved hand, I saw it myself and I found it very unpleasant. They cannot touch the food with their ungloved hands and if this is the case, I don't want to imagine what other irregularities there are inside the kitchen.and it should be noted the food was coldIn the end I asked the young man if they used gloves and he said no and then he told another person in the place what was happening and the only thing they said was “I'm sorry.”

Went late at night for dinner after a very long day and just wanting any food at all. The drive thru was a decent time. Burger, fries and Blizzard were what I was expecting and made quickly. Would come back.

We went at 930pm on a Thursday and it was a great experience. The staff was super nice. They answered all our questions, and did a great job with our food. It was our first time at this location and we look forward to going again. I ordered the snickerdoodle blizzard, and it delivered. If you want a cookie in a cup this is it.

The service is wonderful. We stopped by when there weren’t many customers but it picked up while we enjoyed our food. The staff were really great even though they seemed understaffed.

The Blizzards were made so-so. Not a lot of brownie in the Choco Brownie Extreme, and the dipped cone was weirdly flat and hard to eat.
