I liked the smoothies but it would be good to get more staff working in the busiest times as service was slow. There was also one miserable server there. Maybe due to being alone and overworked.
I never write reviews but I had a really exceptional time today at ECS in Redmond today, I didn’t catch her name but the girl with glasses working by herself in the Excision hoodie was super kind and friendly, and made the most delicious smoothies I’ve ever had from any ECS location (It was the chocolate low carb w/peanut butter and it tasted like a legit tagalong cookie, bf got strawberry banana and it was deliciously strawberry forward) will definitely be returning here!
The venue offers a spacious seating area and ample parking. The service is polite, though it lacks warmth and enthusiasm. Initially, I aimed to be understanding, acknowledging that not everyone has their best day or needs to be at their peak performance at all times. However, I believe a simple smile and greeting can significantly enhance the experience. I've decided to modify my review to more accurately reflect my feelings.
