The meals I have had are very tasty, generous portion sizes for the 400-450 calorie range and full of lots of protein, grains and veggies which is just what I was looking for! They keep me full and my blood sugar stable and help supplement my own home-cooked meals. I would recommend them for anyone health conscious that would like some ready-to-go options.
