We were looking for a casual dinner place in Redmond after work and decided to try Ironsteak. I have had similar dishes to it before but never like this! We ordered the ribeye (~$16), some edamame ($3.50) and the (~$23-24) New York strip. It's definitely a fun experience to have a sizzling plate in front of you and your get to choose your fixings , menu makes like super customizable. Incredible quality at reasonable prices. Don't miss out on the pork belly. The Ironsundae is a little colder then I'd like, at least for delivery/pickup, but even so, it's delicious. A variety of drinks, intimate space (though I haven't personally dined in yet) and a friendly staff make this spot on of my favorites for a savory fusion dinner.

Came here on a Saturday around 2 and the place was empty. I've come before and there were a handful of people. You can order at the counter or your table . I got the ribeye with no modifications- you can add egg, broccoli, extra meat among other things for an extra charge to customize your dish! The sauces are yummy too! Prices are affordable too. The service was friendly and quick except they asked to see Id with the vaccination card.
