We LOVE Jack's! Great bbq, wonderful service, and tasty beverages! We had delicious steaks on 4/30 and they were AMAZING!! Colon's service was fabulous, and our entire experience was lovely. Thanks Jack's!!
What is the point of smoking your barbecue for 16 hours if you’re going to serve it just slightly above room temperature? Having grown up in Texas I may have a slightly higher standard for what makes BBQ good, but, serving dry lukewarm meat and calling it Texas style BBQ is pretty disappointing.
Just ate at Lakewood…. Shelby and Johnny took GREAT care of us..good food and time :)
Generally good taste, but a bit dry, especially the chicken. Table is too small for 4 people and the metal dishes.

A real taste of how Texas BBQ is done. From the greeting at the front to the quick, friendly service and the great food you will not be disappointed. Thursday night is beef rib night make sure you try these substantial and delicious ribs you won’t be disappointed. We are regulars and are very thankful Jack’s has arrived in town!

Just tried the chopped brisket sandwich. Folks, if you are going to use the overdone part of your flat for these sandwiches, chop it smaller. There were huge chunks of dry brisket in the sandwich. As a Texan from the Dallas area, this should not be associated with “Dallas style”; nobody in Texas would come back for the sandwich I just ate. I have had other things here that were good (not Texas-level good, but much better than this), so I don’t know what happened here.
Called the manager to share the feedback, to which he responded that he felt confident his guys knew what they were doing. LOL Added a picture here; nothing has been altered about this sandwich, this is exactly how I got it…

I have never had a real bbq before I went here, absolutely phenomenal! The atmosphere, the people, the service, then the food came! Oh my, never in my life have I had anything remotely more authentic and delicious as this masterpiece of a restaurant here!!! Definitely a family tradition from here on out!!!

Ordered thru DD. Did reheat, not a Jacks issue. Brisket was on point!! My only disappointment was not ordering more pickled pickle and onions. Those are frickin awesome!! Highly recommend Jack's

Barbecue was very good especially the pork ribs. I ordered the "Trinity". The ribs were meaty and, when eaten, easily melted off the bone. The brisket was a bit dry. But the slice was very generous on size.
The hot link sausage was Excellent.
My sides were mash potatoes and Texas chili. Both were very good.
Definitely worth a second visit.
Service (my waiters name wax Oscar) was Excellent.

Jack's BBQ in Redmond, Washington, is a standout barbecue spot offering a variety of meats and sauce options. We use the spicy sauce enhancing the flavor of their meat. We ordered the Texas Trinity, which gave us the best variety as a sampler entree of sorts. The menu features beef ? ribs, brisket sausage, and ribeye ?. Many reviews highlight the deliciousness of the ribs, often noted as so good they don't even need sauce. Overall, Jack's BBQ promises a satisfying experience for barbecue lovers with its rich flavors and diverse offerings. The sides were great as well The queso that came with the nachos are awesome. We also tried the hush puppies, which had an awesome honey butter, I was surprised on how many actually came with the order. While we were paying the serving staff offered us an option to contribute to their fundraiser for the Yucatan Peninsula, we're the owner is trying to raise money for underprivileged kids to go to school. Very cool story to check out and support.

Hands down thee best place for breakfast burritos. We've been getting Jacks for months, working down the street. Today we ate in, and have the brisket/chicken/sausage breakfast burritos.... and they are amazing. Fast service, hot coffee, awesome atmosphere, good music, what's NOT to like at Jacks!
