We’ve been to other Jack’s locations, but this was our first time in Redmond. The food was the same high quality delicious barbecue. I ordered their steak tacos which were the PERFECT blend of heat and flavor. They were balanced and filling. The steak was diced and lean with cilantro and a fresh salsa. I also had their smoked old fashioned which I found to be consistent in quality (good) with their other locations! To wrap up the meal I had their banana pudding with Necco...
Absolutely delicious. Not too loud at lunch time. Excellent choices on menu and everything Texas size servings. We were not harassed by waiters, but they noticed as soon as we looked for them. Food was quick out of the kitchen, the beer cold, and the table and seats were clean.

Servers were friendly and frequently checking in. All the side dishes were awesome.
I would come back this place again but I won't be ordering brisket.
