I just paid $20 for two small (16 oz) strawberries wild (whey protein added) Jamba juices that were so watered down or iced down that the only flavor that was left was the whey protein. They had to pour them into large cups because they made them “too big”. The flavor is horrible. How hard is it to follow a standard simple recipe to make a smoothie? This was an employee simply not caring enough to do their job well, and at $20 for two small smoothies, that’s ridiculous.

Went for a blended coffee, which is a frozen blended mocha, extra dollar for the coconut cool whip. Gave it to me with no cool whip and it wasn’t frozen. It was the consistency of an iced coffee with no ice. I said there’s no whip and he took it to put whip on it and I said “before you out that whip on, isn’t the drink supposed to be frozen?” He looks me dead in the eye and says “no.” I said ummm, the picture is clearly a frozen coffee and it says blended. He then says “do you want me to make it again?” I said “yes. “ but my lord, why was that even asked!? Tried to give me a room temp mocha with no ice and no whip. Literally put the base ingredients in a cup before the final blend and served it to me. ALSO the $1 for the whip isn’t worth it. He literally put the size of a quarter on the top on my new almost frozen blended coffee. The final slap in my face is I pre tipped the standard 20% for that service. Get it together. When a medium(16 fricken oz)drink is $15 with tax and tip it should be made exactly as stated!!

It states you’re understaffed. There were three employees behind that counter. Not sure if you need more or new servers. The customer waiting beside me left without his order and said he’d be calling for a refund. Oh and after I paid, I opted for a receipt and the machine was jammed. I unjammed it for them and noticed the receipts in there back to the 7th and I didn’t get mine because it was also out of paper. When you walk in they say nothing to you, not hi, order yourself over there or how can I help you. Nothing. Seriously, it was really bad.

They just made a specialty smoothie for me the second they open the door and they opened right on time and it's one of the best healthiest movies I've ever had

It's good! $9 for a small razzmatazz feels a bit steep, but I've always been really happy with them. I keep coming back, after all!

Parking: I've never had problems finding a parking spot here. There's always a bunch of spots open.

There was a sign outside saying it was 2$ off if it is raining, but unfortunately mo one really came out to assist me so I wasn’t able to get the discount and was forced to order on the kiosk.

Could be a killer deal!

The place smells strongly of urine, which was unexpected.

The smoothie itself was ok. For some reason it was very grainy tasting, but watery at the same time? Somewhat flavorless but also gross at the same time? It was just weird and not great.

Small little shop with extremely polite and friendly staff. One of my smoothies tasted a bit gritty but on the whole what I want and expect from Jamba.

Another Redmond business that’s allergic to making money. Closes very early for a store located downtown and cuts off online ordering at least a half hour prior to closing. No smoothies after 7:30pm in the city I guess.

They no longer accept cash ?
WAYYY OVERPRICED!!!

Just for a cup of juice…. It’s actually sad the cost of a cup of juice. And it isn’t even the best.. it’s decent.

Don’t worry! They wont have what you want! Not just once or twice. It’s a 50-50 that you don’t drink what you need, but you drink what they have

Was not aware of the promo today. Me and my girlfriend were offered the $1 smoothies but happily paid normal price for our large smoothies. Staff were great making us aware of the promo, options, and communicated wait times to the lobby. I've never seen that location so busy and the staff and shift lead were executing at a high level. Shout-out in particular the person expoing orders and making sure my girlfriend got her strawberry smoothie. Great time at this location.

They now no longer accept cash at this location and went the way of an automated ordering system. This trend needs to stop.Pay employees, stop understaffing your stores and replacing people with technology to save a buck, and accept cash. Cash is a real, hard, currency - digital transfer bucks will ultimately mean nothing when everything crashes.I feel bad for the employees. I could overhear frustration from one when I was there, and the other employee just stared at me blankly when I ripped on their fancy new setup.Drinks are still the same Jamba and are good, but nothing else about this place denotes it getting my business anymore.Nobody wants to order from a screen, or tip a machine. You are actively tipping for your work ordering your own items and your own labor if you do so. It's an employer's job to pay their employees, and I'm willing to bet these tips on the machine are barely seen by the employees anyways. Tips are a courtesy for hard work and good service, not a machine taking an order and Bob in back pushing a drink out, not interacting with anyone.
