It's good! $9 for a small razzmatazz feels a bit steep, but I've always been really happy with them. I keep coming back, after all!

Parking: I've never had problems finding a parking spot here. There's always a bunch of spots open.

There was a sign outside saying it was 2$ off if it is raining, but unfortunately mo one really came out to assist me so I wasn’t able to get the discount and was forced to order on the kiosk.

Could be a killer deal!

The place smells strongly of urine, which was unexpected.

The smoothie itself was ok. For some reason it was very grainy tasting, but watery at the same time? Somewhat flavorless but also gross at the same time? It was just weird and not great.

Small little shop with extremely polite and friendly staff. One of my smoothies tasted a bit gritty but on the whole what I want and expect from Jamba.

Another Redmond business that’s allergic to making money. Closes very early for a store located downtown and cuts off online ordering at least a half hour prior to closing. No smoothies after 7:30pm in the city I guess.

They no longer accept cash ?
WAYYY OVERPRICED!!!

Just for a cup of juice…. It’s actually sad the cost of a cup of juice. And it isn’t even the best.. it’s decent.

Don’t worry! They wont have what you want! Not just once or twice. It’s a 50-50 that you don’t drink what you need, but you drink what they have

We were asked to leave at 8 pm. we had just reached there 5 minute before 8 and if we knew we couldnot seat there a little bit we wouldnot buy any thing. nobody mentioned us they were going to close soon. and we realy need there due to hot temarature outside on 5 of july friday.I hadnot seen that any where same behavior and this shop is not a drive through shop.
We expected to use the AC and table atleast while we are drinking our juice and moreover , the juice was not fresh aswell.
we wont come back there any more.

Was not aware of the promo today. Me and my girlfriend were offered the $1 smoothies but happily paid normal price for our large smoothies. Staff were great making us aware of the promo, options, and communicated wait times to the lobby. I've never seen that location so busy and the staff and shift lead were executing at a high level. Shout-out in particular the person expoing orders and making sure my girlfriend got her strawberry smoothie. Great time at this location.

They now no longer accept cash at this location and went the way of an automated ordering system. This trend needs to stop.Pay employees, stop understaffing your stores and replacing people with technology to save a buck, and accept cash. Cash is a real, hard, currency - digital transfer bucks will ultimately mean nothing when everything crashes.I feel bad for the employees. I could overhear frustration from one when I was there, and the other employee just stared at me blankly when I ripped on their fancy new setup.Drinks are still the same Jamba and are good, but nothing else about this place denotes it getting my business anymore.Nobody wants to order from a screen, or tip a machine. You are actively tipping for your work ordering your own items and your own labor if you do so. It's an employer's job to pay their employees, and I'm willing to bet these tips on the machine are barely seen by the employees anyways. Tips are a courtesy for hard work and good service, not a machine taking an order and Bob in back pushing a drink out, not interacting with anyone.

Here's what I like about Jamba Juice:Variety: They have a wide variety of smoothies and juices on their menu, with options for different tastes and dietary needs.Customization: Many Jamba Juice locations allow you to customize your drink by adding extras like protein powder, fruit boosts, or different milk bases.Focus on Fruit: Their smoothies and juices are a great way to get a quick serving of fruits and vegetables. Here's something to keep in mind:Sugar Content: While Jamba Juice drinks often include fruits and vegetables, some can be high in sugar. It can be helpful to check the sugar content before you order, especially if you're watching your sugar intake.

The wait time is always 20 mins. They are understaffed.

Showed up right at 9am to get smoothies for breakfast. It is now 9:10 and the store is still closed. Tried calling and their voice-mail box isn't even set up ? Bad business practice.

This is a good place to get a smoothie or acai bowl after your workout. I arrived exactly at 7 pm (close) and the employees agreed to make a smoothie without any problems.

I just want to say thank you to this kind and hard working staff who dropped by some drinks to Redmond Elementary. The boost of the drink helped give me the energy I needed to finish the day!!
