We tried Thecha panner, Afghani Soya Chaap, Methi matar makhana curry, Kathal champaran currymj4, Khameeri roti, Rumali roti.
Except thecha panner, all other dishes are very flavourful. We ordered medium spice level for all dishes.

Jashn Redmond was altogether a wonderful surprise for us who had enjoyed multiple Indian restaurants in US (let alone some of the nice ones in Bengaluru and Mumbai). First of all, the service. EVERYONE was attentive and pleasant to talk to, our favorite being Srikanth. Srikanth explained dishes in much detail and recommended dishes he thought we would enjoy. None disappointed us.
