Marc was a patient and kind man! My order of the Italian, brownies, Pepsi, and chips were all made by him! He cut the meat which was very fresh. The lettuce, tomatoes, special seasonings, etc. was all very fresh just like his attitude! I was not having a great day, week, or month, but Marc really cheered me up. Thank you! Sometimes a good word is just what people need the most. I truly thank you for uplifting my day through a kind word and good food!

Very Nice experience, I came back to the area after a long break and stopped by. The service was just as good as I remember, and the workers were very nice and they even remembered me. Even though they were very busy they got us our food very fast!

I'm never eating here again. It's bad enough that this location constantly gets my order wrong. But this time, I also got intense food poisoning. I will be contacting the health department.
I ordered today at 1:45 pm, maybe you should look into your incompetent staff.
The lettuce was at the end of the pan and looked disgusting. When asked if we could have different lettuces, the 3 boys working shrugged their shoulders and said nothing they could do. Ok. Later eating, my bread was dry as a bone. Whole sandwich was flavor less and dry. No mayo and I think they got the oil and vinegar but couldn't taste it

The sub was pretty good as I always expect from Jersey Mike's. Bread was a little smaller and more "well done" than it usually is, but I know that can vary day to day. However, I ordered my sub with mayonnaise and it had none. Especially with the other Jersey Mike's in Redmond now closed, I really hope this one can stay up to par, or I might not be getting food from them as much anymore.

Even when the area had wide spread power outage, this store had power. Seemed to have minimal stock when I found it. Yet they didn't miss a beat. Food was great as always and the staff amazing.

Went in last night for a sandwich and had a bad experience. When I walked in and waited for the employees to take my order, the boys that were working were literally throwing food at each other, and then feeding food to people in line that were clearly their friends and just messing around. It took 20 minutes for them to finish my sandwich, even though I was the only one in line, and there appeared to only be 1 online order that they completed before my sandwich. I’m concerned that proper food safety measures are not being taken due to the behaviors of these boys, and will not eat here again.
