The lettuce was at the end of the pan and looked disgusting. When asked if we could have different lettuces, the 3 boys working shrugged their shoulders and said nothing they could do. Ok. Later eating, my bread was dry as a bone. Whole sandwich was flavor less and dry. No mayo and I think they got the oil and vinegar but couldn't taste it

The sub was pretty good as I always expect from Jersey Mike's. Bread was a little smaller and more "well done" than it usually is, but I know that can vary day to day. However, I ordered my sub with mayonnaise and it had none. Especially with the other Jersey Mike's in Redmond now closed, I really hope this one can stay up to par, or I might not be getting food from them as much anymore.

Even when the area had wide spread power outage, this store had power. Seemed to have minimal stock when I found it. Yet they didn't miss a beat. Food was great as always and the staff amazing.

Went in last night for a sandwich and had a bad experience. When I walked in and waited for the employees to take my order, the boys that were working were literally throwing food at each other, and then feeding food to people in line that were clearly their friends and just messing around. It took 20 minutes for them to finish my sandwich, even though I was the only one in line, and there appeared to only be 1 online order that they completed before my sandwich. I’m concerned that proper food safety measures are not being taken due to the behaviors of these boys, and will not eat here again.

My family went in today and had delicious sandwiches. I’ve been addicted to the number 8. I brought my kids in for their first Jersey Mike’s and they ordered the ham and cheese sandwhiches. Adam the sandwhich maker was very kind and brought stickers over for the kids. My daughter was very thankful to him and he just had a great mannerism to him. Very welcoming. The whole staff nailed and we will be back.

The worst experience. I was literally skipped over completely in line because two WHITE customers were behind myself who is black. Both of those employees saw me in line, and literally completely looked over me. When I stated to them that I was before the two white individuals behind me all they could say was “oh”.I will NEVER be eating or ordering from this place again!VERY DISAPPOINTED JERSEY MIKES !!!! Do BETTER

It can be a little slow to get the good, but, hands down, this place has the BEST Philly Steak sandwich that I've found in many years.
Vegetarian options: Minimal vegetarian options, but the ones available are really great.
These guys are always friendly and accommodating. Hard to find these days in fast food but they get it done right with a smile. Good choice of both hot and cold sandwiches.

This location use to be my favorite Jersey Mikes not too long ago. New staff now and they just don't care and it shows. They usually quarter a giant sandwich but this time one half was quartered but they didn't cut through the bottom of the bread. They other half they didn't even bother cutting. No and I mean no ingredients are at either end as it's so uneven and sloppily placed. Avoid and go to the overlake location.
