I have come here occasionally for the weekend dinner buffet for several years, and it is the best Asian style buffet in the area. One issue I have though is that they recently stopped serving hot crab legs, which is disappointing.

I've been going to Haiku, Mandarin, and Feast (all the same owners) for years and Mandarin continues to be the best buffet option in Bellevue/Redmond. The price is reasonable, the options are varied, and everyone tends to leave happy even when I have a big group all with different tastes in food.

Don't know what happened. Been coming here for some time and even thought their food isn't the greastest, it sure did fall down lately. Hope it's better the next time I come or I'll just have to find another place to dine out.

We recently went for office lunch party at Mandarin Buffet, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The variety of food options made it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed—from fresh sushi and classic Chinese dishes to salads, soups, and a big dessert selection. Everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and constantly refreshed.
The restaurant handled our group smoothly. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to help with seating and clearing tables, which made the entire experience feel effortless. The spacious layout was great for a large team, allowing everyone to relax, chat, and enjoy their meal comfortably.
Overall, Mandarin Buffet was the perfect venue for our office gathering. Great food, great service, and great value.

Great food. One of the best buffets I've ever been to.
I've been driving by Mandarin for a few weeks now and finally stopped in. So glad I did, I arrived for dinner about 5:15 (dinner service starts at 5pm). All the food was fresh and the dining room was clean.
The sushi is top notch. Fresh, flavorful, with a impressive variety. The dumplings were plump and varied. The different fish dishes were all of the highest quality. The Mongolian BBQ was incredible, fresh and plentiful. And the traditional Chinese dishes were top notch! Even the dessert options were superb!
The table service was consistent. My plates were taken away frequently and my drinks were regularly refilled.
The price may seem high at first glance, but given the surplus of options and the quality, it's actually a bargain.
I totally recommend Mandarin Buffet!

Awesome food. Polite staff. However, they are bossy about how long we sit in and dine. I didn't care for that.

Definitely not worth how much they charge! It’s just a regular Chinease buffet. It also bugs me how they charge 10%tip without your consent. I decide if you get a tip not you, food is ok, service is ok, and atmosphere is slightly better than the average buffet.

We tried lunch weekday, and then weekday dinner. Dinner is more worth it to us!!! $20 bucks more or so, and you get actual sashimi (waru aka escolar / tuna / salmon / unagi eel etc.), fresh oysters, steak and shrimps. The food seemed more refilled and the rolls were more interesting!! They even had salmon kama (collar).
Lunch time it was your typical buffet offering, nothing different from V star in Everett or your typical Chinese buffet.
Do dinner!! It's more worthwhile.
One dish I wish they add to the menu....COCONUT CHICKEN! or coconut shrimp. You know the fried stuff with the white sweet mayo like sauce.

This place has all our favorites! Crab legs, shrimp, sashimi, sushi, seaweed salad, bok choy, creme rules, etc. We'll be back!
