Very nice people and GREAT food. I can say, so far, this is the best buffet we have been to in the Seattle Everett Burlington area. There is one left in Tacoma we have not been to but I doubt it could beat this one. Sticky rice and red bean past wrapped in leaves, you usually can't get that or the lotus leaves wrap. They have more than 8 dimsum. Everything you can think of, or at least I can think of was there, just better. I never would have thought such a good buffet would be in Redmond.

I went there at noon on Sunday, and when I paid, the cashier charged me a mandatory tip of $10, so I tipped about 40%-50%. Then I heard the waiter chatting, there was a table of six of them, but no tip was given. I know I was scammed by the waiter. Food is average, more family members come

Really good, fresh food, and the variety was mind-boggling. You'd have to go back at least five times to try everything. The sushi table was ginormous. They have a Mongolian grill, fresh fish offerings, salad bar, and countless Asian foods as offerings.

On Sep 12th, I came here with a friend to eat. The system requires you to pay before eating. The food was average at best. The restaurant was packed with mostly Chinese customers, and they repeatedly cut in line without any hesitation. To top it off, we found a hair in our sushi, so we reported it to the front desk. Since we ate other food, we didn’t ask for a refund. However, they told us they would compensate us on our next visit and instructed us to mention it at the front desk.
Today, I returned with a friend and told the Chinese woman at the front about the previous incident. Her response was shocking! She said they had no record of the issue and no way to verify my identity, so there was “nothing” she could do. If I wanted compensation, I should “come back on Thursday.” No apology, nothing! She spoke down to us with a condescending attitude that left us stunned. In the end, she yelled at me and told us there were no tables available for us before giving us a refund.
We are NEVER coming back here again. This woman completely ruined our day—we had driven over 30 min for a buffet we were looking forward to, only for her to destroy the experience. You should really learn how to be professional. This was beyond unacceptable and utterly disgraceful!
