I went through the Redmond WA drive through this morning and ordered a Sausage McMuffin Meal, Pancakes and Sausage, and a Medium Strawberry Smoothie for my granddaughter. I used the app to place my order. When I got to the window, I was told had to pull off and wait for my order. When they brought me my order and I was driving away, I realized the sausage was missing from the pancake order, so I had to go out in the road, go up a block and then do a U-turn to get back into the...read full review
Super rude employee at the food window. She got our drink order wrong and when we asked for it to be corrected she said: we are really busy very rudely. Wouldn’t take the wrong one back to throw away-we didn’t have room for it. Then gave us our new drink with pop dripping all down the side.

The environment is clean, but the overall mood is grey and colorless, lacking joy. Late-night dessert options are often unavailable. Employees work hard but are often understaffed, leading to long lines and slow service during busy times. The self-service tablets can be annoying, and the absence of a cashier has made the place feel more depressing. Improvements in staffing and customer service could help make this McDonald's location more welcoming.
