Update: was it really necessary to smash my taco and leave out my sauces just because I said no to some of the upgrades?

Picked up a mobile order here for breakfast while in a rush to get to an event. No issues, food was fine, staff were friendly.
Staff is super friendly, but every time i order a paid sauce (ranch, nacho, etc) it's not included. Food is good but sad because nothing to dip it in.
My most recent visit they noted they were out of ranch and offered to replace it with bell sauce, awesome! There was no bell sauce tho so.. i think they immediately forgot. They also forgot my fiesta potatoes..

Taco Bell has amazing customer service and food. The staff and general manager are very nice. The restaurant is nice inside and has a lot of menu items. Some customers had issues with their orders, such as a birthday promotion being sent to a different restaurant and nacho fries with unwanted substances. Others had problems with the soda mix being off and slow service due to not enough workers. Despite these issues, the food is generally good and Taco Bell is a convenient option, especially for late-night dining. The restaurant is now open, including the drive-thru, and is a welcome addition to the downtown area.
