A worker named Briana was so sweet and kind and was very efficient in serving my food (which was delicious, btw).
Food came out quick, fresh, and employees were super nice😁. Glad to see a young staff with so much energy and positivity!

The environment is clean, but the overall mood is grey and colorless, lacking joy. Late-night dessert options are often unavailable. Employees work hard but are often understaffed, leading to long lines and slow service during busy times. The self-service tablets can be annoying, and the absence of a cashier has made the place feel more depressing. Improvements in staffing and customer service could help make this McDonald's location more welcoming.
