Always something missing or just wrong and such a headache to deal with
They like to serve old food as new food. They change & raise the prices often. I asked for two double cheese usually its $6.50 . Now it cost me $8.59. I pay the money, than they bring me two Mcdoubles. They say i gotta pay an extra 80 cents, I tell them I already paid the full price. They insisted I was wrong, I showed them my receipt and instead of making me fresh burgers they took the other burgers and slapped cheese on em. The bread was all hard and the meat was cold. They recently increased their prices severely. A double quarter pounder combo cost $12, now it costs $18. That's a 50% increase on their price

Employees work hard but are often understaffed, leading to long lines and slow service during busy times. The self-service tablets can be annoying, and the absence of a cashier has made the place feel more depressing. Improvements in staffing and customer service could help make this McDonald's location more welcoming.
