The food is obviously the same as every other McDonald’s in America, but the people that work here are particularly polite and helpful. I was going to dock them a star because sometimes in the weekday evenings the inside lobby gets super backed up and there’s a bunch of angry people waiting for someone’s attention, but the politeness of the morning drive thru crew makes up for that and I’ve learned to just use the drive thru.
The fact that they have a play space is super awesome too because those are hard to come by these days.

This location has been 24 hours for a good while now, yet they still haven't fixed the app. Can't order thru the app before 5am and when I try to use a code/coupon, it doesn't work. Figure it out!

I come here all the time and great service. Terrible today. I ordered small Dr Pepper with my child’s breakfast. We even discussed if they had sugar free and she said they only have diet. I said diet is fine. I paid. At 2nd window, an employee named Dillon said I didn’t order a Dr Pepper and look at my receipt and continued to turn and walk away. After handing us food, I asked again and he told me to go back thru the line and closed and locked the window???😂 i wasn’t even mad. Just wanted them to correct the situation. The manager Travis came to window and asked why I was refusing to leave? Absolutely hilarious. He then agreed to give us a small Dr Pepper. I asked him what his name and Dillon’s name was and he said to go ahead and file a complaint. It doesn’t matter because it will just come back to him 😂 I’ve never received worse service in my life. My kiddo loves McDonald’s. We buy from them a couple times a day at all different locations.

Held hostage in the drive through for over half an hour for no discernible reason. Never in my life have I experienced slower service — I probably could have gotten a sit-down meal faster than I received my “fast food.” Completely unacceptable and ridiculous beyond words. I’m furious.

Do not let them send you to the drive through wait slots. They’ll never come out with your food. After waiting for 20+ minutes, you’ll be forced to go inside and ask them for a status and eventually wait even longer inside because they obviously forgot you. Has happened to me twice at this location. Never again. The location up the hill on 85th is way better this one.

This McDonald's sucks, whoever manages is should be fired. They have thier line set up to where the sandwiches go to the 1st drive thru window vrs the last one. So people have to walk all the way to the 1st window to get orders. Just not worth waiting 20+mins for your order AFTER IT WAS PLACED!

Showed up at 10:29 and they stopped serving breakfast. Think should have a grace period or say your stopping breakfast at 10:00 instead of deceiving your customers. So disappointing.
