Very authentic Chinese place, specializing in Xian/Northern Chinese cuisine. We got the stewed pork biang biang noodles and the shredded flat bread in lamb soup, both were superb. It's a bit on the pricey side, but rent in Bellevue isn't cheap.

Ordered hot oil noodles, lamb vermicelli, cumin beef burger, saozi noodles, and smoked spicy chicken. It was so good. Everything was great but I finished the hot chili noodles in 20 seconds. The lamb flavor is strong in all the dishes. Definitely coming back for more next time
