Food is great. Service is not bad, but could be better. Hard to find good southern style fried chicken in Seattle metro area and that's why this place is a gem.

Crimson Coward is a halal and Muslim-owned restaurant that offers a variety of tasty options, including their popular sliders and cheeseburger. Customers appreciate the quality of the food, especially the chicken strips with fries, which are seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the juicy, non-greasy chicken. The restaurant is known for its friendly service, particularly from a staff member who provides excellent hospitality and helps with to-go boxes. The restaurant's layout is clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. However, some visitors have experienced issues with the kitchen being overwhelmed, leading to missing items like fries or drinks, and occasional mistakes in orders. There have also been moments of poor customer service, with rude staff at times. Despite these challenges, Crimson Coward remains a popular spot for good food and a welcoming atmosphere, with many hoping for more locations in the future.
