I love the Snash burger! Also, the Crimson sauce is amazing! I drive a half hour out of my way to eat here because the food is so amazing! I highly recommend trying this place! I wish they would get more locations in the Pacific Northwest.
I’ve tried pretty much every hot chicken joint in greater Seattle, this location does it best.
Chicken is always juicy, moist, seasoned to perfection, and the spice level is usually consistent day to day. Also their burgers smack.
Being from downtown Redmond, I live closer to a different popular hot chicken place, but I would rather commute to Crimson any day of the week.

No lie my FAVORITE fried chicken in the PNW! It honestly destroys all those mainstream and “popular” fried chicken places in the area. This place offers way better quality chicken, crisp, and overall… the undeniable flavor!!! This is the place to go when you have the craving and DO NOT sleep on the garlic twister wrap OR their smash burgers!!!! Swear they are my absolute favorite!
