Visited the Redmond location Wednesday between 6:30-7. The staff at the counter was super friendly and helpful. Had the cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone and it was delicious! Store front was clean and not busy at the time I went in. Flavor was so delicious I wasn’t able to get a photo. ?

We have been coming to this location for years and never had an issue. Great ice cream and in a great spot. However, today I found a hair (I’m 10000% sure it wasn’t mine as it was embedded within the scoop). We went and told the person in the front who said thanks for letting me know, we’ll just skim off the top layer in the bin. If that’s how you do it, fine. But considering the ice cream is $7, the LEAST that should have been done is offered a new one free of charge or a voucher for next time. Instead I was handed back the ice cream (not sure why anyone would think eating ice cream with hair at $7 is desired) and left disappointed. Won’t be back.

I got 2 scoops in a waffle cone and it was $11 and change. A little pricey for ice cream, but it was delicious. I got the vegan coconut chunk and seasonal chocolate toffee cookie dough. Both flavors were absolutely delicious!The place was super clean and the staff was friendly even though it was one of the first sunny days so there was a huge, never-ending line. The guy with dangly earrings was killing it too, greeting everyone, fast but still friendly.The reasons I knocked off a star:1. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, and for the first 10 no one moved so we were standing in the direct sun. When it did move, it moved quickly though!2. There were also three people working the front - one making cones and two helping people. The cone person is the first one you come across and she totally ignored everyone. The second gal did too, and they both were like weirdly glancing at a specific ice cream container to each other so you could tell something was going on but they weren't communicating like "hey, someone will be with you" or whatever, which was kind of odd and made me want to make sure NOT to get that flavor.Parking: There is 2 hour parking on the street and a paid lot after 2 hours not far, but fills up QUICK on weekendsKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Molly Moon's produces great ice cream flavors made from local ingredients. They're very focused on being a sustainable part of the local community, and their ice cream bases are among the best of the fancier local chains, though without emulsifiers, they will turn icy over time. They're now back to providing ice cream flavor samples, including their four seasonal flavors that change each month.
Visiting in the area and took the grands to Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream. Molly Moon's is a nice little shop downtown and the cones and cups we enjoyed were quite good. Service is fast and friendly and the surroundings are bright and clean. Although prices were somewhat steep, a good time was had by all.
