Inspired by its Spring counterpart Sasquatch, this delicious flavor is made with sweet cream ice cream that's swirled with homemade vanilla bean caramel and tons of homemade yeti granola and Theo chocolate bits. We make our yeti granola in-house by mixing together pepitas and pepita butter, flax seeds, rolled oats, honey and a touch of salt before roasting it in the oven.

The ice cream itself is absolute perfection! Rich, creamy, and always hits the spot. The only downside is the consistency of the brownie mix-ins. It seems like the brownie is different every single time I go, sometimes it's perfectly chewy, other times it's a bit dry or crumbly. If they could get the brownies to be as consistently amazing as the ice cream, this place would easily be a 5-star spot!

Recently went to Mollymoon and tried the peach and chocolate ice cream. I got two flavors in one scoop, which was really nice because they do a half-and-half option, so you can try two flavors for the price of one.

The single-scoop price is slightly on the expensive side, but the ice cream tastes fresh and simple. You can tell they’re not adding a ton of extra sugar, which I really appreciate. Overall, a nice spot for a simple, fresh treat!

good ice cream, friendly staff but this place is always super busy with lots of customers and always a line!

we had a chocolate brownie ice cream as it was my kids birthday! the Brownie was great and the ice cream was delicious

and with the reduced parking spots, we usually try to get in if we are in the vicinity and have already parked nearby.
