This was my first experience. The ‘popular’ chicken teriyaki is ok. Delivered on time. Meal lukewarm. Salad was watery and mayonnaise-base dressing had no flavor. Chicken portion was half the quantity I’m accustomed to getting from nearby teriyaki places. My brown rice (white rice was under brown rice-OK. Food was delivered in a lightly knotted plastic bag~*Food security/protection necessary for all delivered orders.Sadly, I won’t be ordering from Niko again.

Ordered katsu and chicken. Katsu arrived yellow looking and super dry, the chicken they use to fry is questionable and does not look like chicken texture. Teriyaki chicken is ok but again the katsu does not look freshly made at all.

Chicken teriyaki sauce was so thick and sweet, it was the worst teriyaki I've had.Service was also meh. I walked in and no one was at the counter. I said hello and even stared at the workers in the back. It took several minutes for someone to come out / acknowledge my presence. Won't be back.

I am a regular. Whoever was cooking on nov 11, 2023…..That vegetable stir fry was garbage. And I mean garbage. It went straight into the trash. Who puts literally 3 cups of liquid sauce in a stir fry? Tried to salvage it by pouring it off, but it was ruined.Update Edit: I spoke with a person at niko about this. They didn’t seem to care one way or the other. It’s a shame.

Really good place. Reasonably priced. Portions are big and food is good. I’ve tried the teriyaki, spicy teriyaki and katsu. They are all great. I’ve done dine-in and also take out.
This place is freaking delicious! The portions are beyond generous and so tasty ♡ I will be back every time I'm in town! What a great find! ?

Not necessarily un-edible but you can tell there wasn’t much effort put into the food either. Grocery-store ranch on a salad at a teriyaki place is not a good look imo. Plenty of places that offer way better teriyaki within a mile

OMG so good! I had to write something cause they’re not the typical teriyaki establishment! Here’s my points* Most places give a small boat size rice. But I’m Korean! I love my rice! I saw the little box and thought oh oh. And then opened it to my delight that they actually give a nice amount of rice!! The asian in me was very happy.* I asked for extra spicy cause ya know, always weak. This place is - you ask, they give!! My spicy loving friends would loooove this place! I do!! Thanks!* Composable main container! Wow! I could just compost it easy after I was done! It’s usually such a hassle cause of the foam or plastic containers that are bulky filling up my trash.* Hefty to go bag. Nice reusable bag and very nice thick quality! Thanks!* ultimately the teriyaki. ? so good! Actually cooked in sauces. Other places just bulk cook the chicken and the. Place sauce on top. Not this place!!You gotta try them out!

WARNING ⚠️ Do not order the katsu chicken. I knew something was wrong when the guy said it'll be ready in 5 minutes.Precooked katsu, warmed up, then served. The chicken was pretty dry and not fresh. Krispy breading. Will not be eating here again.

This place is awesome! Been coming here 1-2x a week for nearly a year now. They crank out top notch food in under 10 mins, and the taste is consistent. It doesn't vary visit to visit like some other places I've been. Absolutely awesome teriyaki spot and worth the visit if you're hungry.
