my go-to sushi place in the area for almost a decade now! can get rather pricey but for the quality it’s well worth it. service is very friendly and i am always recognized when i walk in their omakase and chirashi bowls are must haves would highly recommend coming for lunch on a weekday as their specials are perfectly priced and delicious ⭐️🍣

Everything since its been taken over by what seems like new management, the place and what they offer is mediocre ag best and all about cutting corners and what use to be quality. If that isn't bad enough then you have their waitress who harassed us for not tipping her for the worse service possible. Horrible interaction and embarrassment to point out the receipt with the tip missing, but what do you expect when we got thrown to the back of the establishment and were hardly approached or catered to, never again nor recommend such a crazy experience to anyone. The manager on duty was informed of this but doubt anything is going to ever change.

I visited this restaurant a couple of days ago and honestly, I wasn’t impressed. The sushi looked okay but had a strange smell — not super fresh. It was still eatable, but not enjoyable. What really made the experience worse was the staff — they were pretty rude and seemed annoyed just to be there.
Also, the restaurant was weirdly closed during lunch hours?? I came by twice before and it was closed in the middle of the day — how does that make sense for a food place?? It’s really inconvenient and frustrating.
On top of that, the prices are definitely too high for the quality of fish they serve. Not worth it at all. Maybe things will improve one day, but for now I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The service is so-so. We two have dinner there, but only one soy sauce dish is served. The food is not very good . We got the skinny girl roll, the nabeyaki soba, and a katsu curry. The food is like a combination of different ingredients and the ingredients don’t marry well. It’s not recommended though it doesn’t cost us much.

We have gotten takeout several times and have had decent experiences every time. This last time was a little more disappointing. Several pieces were tough and cut in a more haphazard way. The grilled salmon tasted awful. Both pieces got spit out. It had this distinctly butane taste and aroma. However they torched it, you could taste it very well. In a way its our fault for ordering so late, and the staff here are always nice. But we definitely got the end of the day takeout.

Awful customer service. Lots of staff but no one brings a cup of water till you ask for it. Came with a toddler and a baby and the staff brought 3 pairs of chopsticks and 3 porcelain plates. The staff all look busy but absent-minded. Thankfully, 45 minutes later, someone finally noticed a mom trying hard to prevent kids from breaking a cup of glass water and offered a cup of water with cap for kids.
Not a child-friendly restaurant. Good food but the service ruined the whole experience. Won’t come here again.
