The manager (I’m guessing since he had all black uniform which was different than all the other employees) was in the back cooking when I visited this location on 3/9 around 7pm. He was grabbing egg rolls with his bare hands before throwing it in the fryer which did not sit right with me. Also the guy at the register was very careless with the to go boxes just throwing it in the bag sideways causing the food to leak into the bag. It’s a very busy location with them prioritizing online orders. You will stand in line for a long time.

I normally have a great experience at this location. However, yesterday when I came to pick up food for dinner… I was disgusted at what I saw. One of the cooks came back to the kitchen from the back room. He was tending to cuts around his mouth with a paper towel, spat in the trash, and then continued to dab his mouth with the paper towel AND his fingers all in front of customers. He then proceeded to start cooking with the wok without washing his hands 😖 I’ll leave it at that. So gross.

This branch is newly built but sadly not well taken care of. Inside seating, restrooms were dirty. There was also a homeless person sleeping on the floor inside.
Extremely long prep times since nothing was cooked/ready when I went and had to wait extra. After about a backlog of 10 orders who were also waiting for entrees to be ready, I finally got mine.

Ryan was super rude. I came in to order and she doesn't even smile or give any acknowledgement. Just sits there continuing to check the food temperatures. Two more people walk in behind me and again nothing for them either.
So now the three of us are just standing there waiting for some kind of acknowledgment. Nothing.
She sees all of us and just keeps checking temperature while we all wait on her. Finally, she asks what I want and later the folks behind me. Just super unfriendly. At least say you want a few minutes to check the temps so were not all sitting there waiting to be helped.
The customer service was terrible, rude and inconsiderate. Wouldn’t stop talking over me. Do better or hire new employees who respect people
