Always a long queque of customers and online orders.I am giving a 5 star for the employees who work there.The manager needs to improve how to manage online .Online orders are immediate pick up. It should not interfere the customers in line. They should be handled by separate staffs during peak hours.When on the app it says can pick at 4 it means 4 the food should be ready not 4.30.The staff is always smiling and trying to make the best out of the situation. Always saying Thank you! help them!Add a sign that pick up online orders here.Food quality is like any other panda express. Portions are also good.
The Fire Shrimp has a bit too much sodium. The staff was great. Veggies and noodles were tasty. Orange chicken is a classic yum. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I will definitely go again but will stay away from the fire shrimp unless I sample first and it's better.

I went in there for a job interview and it went well, but the food there was delicious ? I ordered a bowl ? with half chow mein and half rice with mushroom chicken it was delicious ? and for dessert I had their new apple pie ? roll! The outside of it reminded me of a churro but the inside had apple pie filling! So good! And they have yummy refresher drinks instead of juice,tea or soda! They have two original panda drinks with two flavors combined I ordered the mango watermelon drink and loved it!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I visited this location this past Friday and waited 30 minutes in line to get my food!! After waiting in line it’s finally my turn, to find out that they prioritize online orders before the customers that decided to come in person to get their food. This practice is not right. You need to prioritize customers that are in your building first before take out! There was only 2 people filling orders and taking payments, you would think there would be more staff scheduled for a Friday night. This has happened to me a few times, I like their food but it’s not worth the 30 minute wait for it

The food was really tasty. It was frustrating that they messed up our online order though. Labels on the containers were correct but the contents of my wife's bowl wasn't what she ordered. She can't tolerate spice or sea food but it was the chili shrimp. We spoke to the manager and he was nice enough to give us a refund.

I went in recently and didn’t know they paid employees extra for attitude . I stood there waiting to be helped. I was the one who had to approach the girl behind the counter as I was never greeted. I gave my order all while I was given a blank stare by the employee, Monse. She wasn’t friendly at all, and was taking our order with a terrible attitude. I asked for hot sauce, given another blank stare before she handed me the hot sauce. Employees definitely need a refresher on customer service.

A large and beautiful restaurant located in an odd strip mall area, but is worth the trip and navigation of the weirdly spaced parking lot.This location seems to have special items available such as test shrimp entrees and different beverages so I like to check every so often for the new offerings. Staff is polite and a bit laid back. Food is always fresh and looks inviting.Vegetarian options: The super greens, veggie egg rolls, chow neon and rice are always a solid choice. When Beyond Orange Chik’n is available I am extra happy…would love to see more tofu and plant-based protein offerings :)
