I ordered a breadbowl off doordash after a bad day. Unfortunately my breadbowl was forgotten. I called up the location and asked if they could help me out. The staff member I spoke to, Son, was a delight to talk to and replaced my breadbowl free of charge. I genuinely shed a tear of happiness. It might seem silly but after a bad day this actually turned everything around for me. Thank you, Son.

This is our go to place for eating bread and tomato soup. We also like their broccoli soup. Earlier they had broccoli Mac and cheese but they cancelled it, I hope they bring it back.

The place is great, yet we were told when ordering that they would be yelling our name when order was up. We waited for like 15 mins and never heard anything so went up to ask, and our food was there & Ice cold. No one ever called our name. We did tell the manager, and although our food was cold, the new manager Jennifer went above and beyond to make it right. Offered to remake all our hot sandwiches, as well as refunded our whole order, and gave all 3 of us a bakery good of our choice & made sure we were satisfied as well as checked on us and apologized again before we left. Boy do I wish more places managers would learn a thing or two of how to make things right. I’d give 5 stars if food wasn’t cold, but I do think Jennifer(newly promoted Manager) deserves 5 stars.

I used to really enjoy this place, especially their pastries. Previously, the experience was excellent, with efficient service and delicious pastries. However, during my last visits, I've noticed a drop in service quality. It appears they're encouraging customers to use self-service kiosks, but unfortunately, these kiosks are slow and cumbersome. Additionally, even after placing an order through a kiosk, you still need to wait for someone to prepare your items, making the intended convenience of the kiosk system ineffective. I hope they'll make improvements to recapture the efficient service and enjoyable experience they previously offered.

Disappointed to the point I had to write a review. Paid $9+ for a grilled cheese with bacon that had 2 slices of bacon and a tiny amount of cheese. Bacon was $2.70 extra so a dollar per piece of bacon! The salad was also $9 and it's tiny! This restaurant used to be outstanding fast quality. It has fallen so so far. Not worth the cost for the quantity and lack of quality. Order from a legit restaurant and you'll pay the same amount for what you actually expected.

This store catered our Christmas party last year and completely ruined it. The pizza sub had three slices of peperoni on the entire sandwich and almost no cheese. The other two choices were no better. Some had no meat at all. It was amazing how bad they were, you really had to try to make them as terrible as they were. Hope this warning saves someone else's party from complete failure like ours was.
