At the cashier, there are two individuals. One is the manager, engaged in a conversation with the customer for an extended period exceeding five minutes. The other is managing a queue of four to five individuals. What is your assessment of this situation? I must return to work and desire French onion soup.

We went to this place yesterday. We walked in. Very few customers were sitting at scattered tables, and there were lots of empty tables, and we found no one working there! We found two kiosks to order the food and no one to take orders at the empty desk and no one to serve! The place was almost like a haunted house. So, my wife and I walked away. Turkey and meat sandwiches were more tasteful and more cheerful in our house without paying money to ghosts 🙂

Every single time I place an order to pick up, it is wrong with either an incorrect or forgotten item. Not just some of the time but every single time. There needs to be a better review process, especially since they state they check every order.

Felt like a Corporate hellscape, was I being managed by an AI. The food was low quality, the prices were exessive, the service was grumpy and automated. I can't imagine anybody likes working here. This place makes it obvious how corporations feel about people.

Brownie Bear

I had to repeat my order 3x and still the cashier didn't seem to understand. I asked him to repeat it back to me and did it in a thick accent and it was incorrect 3x. Started heading to the kiosks but he insisted he could help me. I asked for a receipt with a list of items on it. Finally it was correct.
Manager started paying attention after all the drama at the cashier.

I ordered a breadbowl off doordash after a bad day. Unfortunately my breadbowl was forgotten. I called up the location and asked if they could help me out. The staff member I spoke to, Son, was a delight to talk to and replaced my breadbowl free of charge. I genuinely shed a tear of happiness. It might seem silly but after a bad day this actually turned everything around for me. Thank you, Son.
