I used to really enjoy this place, especially their pastries. Previously, the experience was excellent, with efficient service and delicious pastries. However, during my last visits, I've noticed a drop in service quality. It appears they're encouraging customers to use self-service kiosks, but unfortunately, these kiosks are slow and cumbersome. Additionally, even after placing an order through a kiosk, you still need to wait for someone to prepare your items, making the intended convenience of the kiosk system ineffective. I hope they'll make improvements to recapture the efficient service and enjoyable experience they previously offered.

Disappointed to the point I had to write a review. Paid $9+ for a grilled cheese with bacon that had 2 slices of bacon and a tiny amount of cheese. Bacon was $2.70 extra so a dollar per piece of bacon! The salad was also $9 and it's tiny! This restaurant used to be outstanding fast quality. It has fallen so so far. Not worth the cost for the quantity and lack of quality. Order from a legit restaurant and you'll pay the same amount for what you actually expected.
Look at my photos for proof.

This store catered our Christmas party last year and completely ruined it. The pizza sub had three slices of peperoni on the entire sandwich and almost no cheese. The other two choices were no better. Some had no meat at all. It was amazing how bad they were, you really had to try to make them as terrible as they were. Hope this warning saves someone else's party from complete failure like ours was.

The truth is very bad and overpriced, there are better bakeries than that. Personally bad experience

Not only did the order take awhile to make, they got our sandwiches wrong. We ordered 2 sandwiches. We ordered extra meat as an up charge for one of the sandwiches and they didn’t even put meat on the second sandwich! We spent $20, and one sandwich had zero meat. Good thing we got extra meat or we wouldn’t have had any meat at all. The manager walked by as we were waiting for the food and checked to see why it took so long and just said it will be out in a minute when our order on the screen was on RED. Terrible service. Terrible management. Never going back to this Panera again.
The staff was not helpful
Food was small portions
The Bowl of soup I had ordered had a cup size which would match my daughter's cup of soup .
It looked weird to see such a big bowl and a little amount of soup.
The sandwich was smaller then all the others we saw
If I knew I would have just ordered a cup and be done with it.
Also all the drinks tasted watered down.
For the price you pay it seems like you should get a better value.
Also lack of utensils with order and trying to get someone to get us them was a chore.

It’s clean enough, but they got my order wrong, no cheese on my sandwich when I ordered it with cheese and gave me bacon on my Mac and Cheese, when I didn’t want bacon. The portions are tiny and for $17??? Plus one of their employees tried to rip us off at Safeway by saying something was discounted and it wasn’t.

This happened almost a year ago but it was such a horrible thing that I think about it every now and then so I had to come back and leave a review. I was pregnant and badly craving a tuna sandwich, so I ordered one for pick up. When I got home, I realized my tuna sandwich was made with cinnamon bread after taking a bite. Not only was I highly disappointed with the food but I was disappointed with the service as well. I called back the restaurant to explain my frustration at which I was told I could not receive a refund or exchange because I already bit into it. I haven’t had Panera since then.

This place has improved a lot. Awhile ago, I gave a two star review because I hadn’t had the best experience back in 2021, but since then, things have gotten way better here. Really good coffee and I love the pairing options and deals they have. Only complaints are how loud entire families are when I’m trying to eat, and that the tables are sometimes all dirty when I arrive, and I have to wash my own table before I can sit.

The service is pretty fast. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. I love their broccoli soup and their sandwiches. Someone I assume it’s the manager seems to be very nice and helpful every time.

Food is good most times. Except for the soup which is runny about half the time. Portions are very small for what you pay for.

There is the worst staff working here
There is a rude African guy
And two of the ladies working are extremely dirty.
Advice don't go there and choose the right place to eat your food.

Sean here is always kind, says hello first. And Alex set up an extra table for babies and Laura cares for babies as well. All workers here are kind and nice.

I love Panera Bread! It provides a comforting sense of familiarity no matter which city I'm in. However, I wish this particular location was a bit warmer and cozier. The temperature here always seems to be uncomfortably between too cold and just warm enough.
