An unbeleivable stench of rotten dishrags as soon as you step in the door. The odor remains while at your table. The restaurant was practically empty and only a couple of servers working the entire restaurant. We had to wait 20 minutes to order our beverages. We had dessert only. I ordered coffee and asked about it a couple of times and still did not get it until I was done with my dessert, which rendered it pointless. Our meal from start to finish took an hour. The table and booth were covered with layers of stickiness and years of built up dirt. It just seems like the entire restaurant needs a full detail heavy cleaning. It just didn't seem clean in there. What a bummer, this was my favorite restaurant as a kid. :°°(

I like the promotions they have here.Especially the ten dollar gourmet cheeseburger and endless fries on tuesday and the four dollar strawberry chocolate or vanilla milkshakes on mondays.

I mean, it's Red Robin. We already know the food is meh, but the salad we ordered was premixed, and as we dug in, we found that most of the greens were wilted, translucent, and brown. It completely turned my teen's stomach, and she couldn't eat anything after that.
Do better, RR. ffs, I get that most of your food is frozen-to-fried, but if the lettuce has turned, don't serve it! It would have been better to just tell us that we should order something else that day.

I like going to this Red Robin......staff is friendly, service is very good, and so is the food. What I just noticed that I did not like was their table point of sale where you pay your tab. When paying your tab, the suggested tip is 20%. I have no problem with it. What I do have a problem is when the tip is based on the entire tab including SALES TAX. I notice some restaurant systems do this and some base the tip only on total food/drink. This maybe the trend nowadays, but it wasn't when I used to work in restaurants. IMHO, no restaurant should be suggesting the tip to be based on sales tax too. For now on, I will be adjusting the tip based on what I ordered.

I've always had good experiences at this location and tonight was no exception. Angel was a great server even though he was super busy and bouncing around between a bunch of tables. Food was great as expected. Will definitely make this my go to location.
