Always good burgers and servers are always checking in on how the food was and if we needed anything else. I usually always specialize my burger and the staff always make sure it's done the way I like.

Wade is a one man wonder. He is efficient, knowledgeable, professionable, a great personality, engages with you, and has a fun sense of humor. Be sure you ask for him AND don't forget to ask him for the water stories or you will miss out. Tell him his Walla Walla Favorites sent you. Enjoy!!!

We were at our table to an hourâŠand no food. When we asked, we were told 15 more minutes. Itâs not even super busy here. Donât waste your time and money.

On Veterans Day our service dog was sitting under the our table, head sticking out being watchful not blocking any aisle, being disruptful, or posing a safety hazard. Older dirty blonde waitress on an insane power trip told us that he had to be 100% under the table of course we politely complied. But that lady needs some serious training for people with service animals as small things like this can get the business in serious trouble.

I've never been a huge fan of Red Robin but for the most part I think of them as a decent place to meet with friends for a quick meal.
It is therefore kind of saying something when I say that I think their food is a little bit below even the average at Red Robin. I think when I went there for lunch there was only one other group in the entire restaurant, but the order still took a long time.
The server never came back and asked how the food was which to be honest is probably for the best. When you are done they have you pay and tip with the machine on the table.

Should have checked the reviews before we came, but took my family party of seven to come dine here and after eight minutes with nobody to greet us or any hosts around we had to leave, waste of time
Update: you guys need to stop with the automated responses and make it more personal to each customer, itâs no wonder why you guys are struggling so much

Wish the up charge for an impossible burger wasnât so much but I canât blame them for something that is probably a corporate decision. Cooked so well and I really enjoyed it even with it being takeout. I grew
up going here and hadnât been in years and it still lives up to the hype.
The food is always great here and love the killer service from Halley. She made sure I was well taken care of!
