I love Red Robin, however this location is a bit hit or miss and has been like this one we the years. Since the revamp of the decor the atmosphere is better , however it is still cold inside as are many restaurants in the North West. Redmond and Woodinville outposts are more consistant in their delivery but are also more crowded.

It's Red Robin, if you're reading this review, don't you have something better to do? Everything was pretty okay like usual. The host was consistently telling everyone it would be 10-15 mins for a table, when the restaurant was mostly empty, why do they do that?!

We went to Red Robin in Redmond, WA and Tim was our server. He was awesome! He was really good with the kids and made sure we got our food quickly. Tim was very careful with our order and made sure everything was right. He was friendly and made our visit special. We had a great time because of him. Thank you management for a good hire.

Obviously understaffed. Wait time to be seated was excessive. Time waiting for food was not. Food was good. I felt very sorry for the two girls trying to do the work of four to six people. Hopefully, it was just one of those days and not a regular issue.

Pretty good burger considering price, speed and availability. Not saying this is the best burger or one of the best. Just saying for below $20 in Redmond and getting a seat no reservation plus food within 20mins it’s a good spot. Ordered the simple burger medium well and it was good. Cheese sauce with the fries was good too but portion of cheese sauce was small. Not really a spot I would go out to celebrate just an easy lunch spot when you need to upgrade above fast food quality.

My go to place for a burger. Used to this spot since it's the closest to me.I miss when they used to serve the burgers wrapped with the paper. My fingers are a greasy mess when I'm done eating.

The staff were friendly and did their best to attend to us promptly, making us feel welcomed and taken care of.However, there were a couple of areas where the experience fell short. Despite our specific requests, some modifications to our dishes were overlooked. Additionally, the delivery of some parts of our meal was slower than expected, which may have been due to understaffing in the kitchen or other areas of the restaurant.In summary, Red Robin offers a great family dining experience with delicious food and friendly service. While there were some minor hiccups, they weren't significant enough to greatly impact our overall satisfaction, hence the 4-star rating.

first impression was that their host was extremely new, because upon seeing us he ran off to ask someone else what to do. he sat us in a very obviously busy section, our server was very overwhelmed with tables and trying to keep up with everyone’s requests. she came to our table a total of twice, to take our order and bring us food; she forgot our refills and never brought us more fries. i don’t blame the poor girl because absolutely nobody was helping her. it was clear to me who the manager was and they weren’t doing anything to help with the rush but instead were on their phone the whole time we had dinner. it seemed extremely disrespectful that the person in charge would put their employees and customers in that situation. it wasn’t just us, there were tables full of families constantly asking for refills they never got. we waited around for an hour after we got our food and no refills or questions or anything from anyone. they need more servers desperately. (& better management too.) i feel so sorry for that girl who was waitressing tonight.the food was actually pretty good but a tad overpriced, but seems everything is these days so i didn’t mind the price so much. the kitchen works quick, our food came out in like 15 mins, but our service otherwise was non existent. i think this RR either needs stronger staffing or just more staffing in general. it’s very apparent to me as a former waitress that this place needs to work on their stuff…

I ordered on Active Menus for delivery. I called the restaurant because the app was acting up. They said they only saw that it was for pick up so I went down there. They made it fresh and hot and ready and we’re very kind and helpful. My meal was delicious. The staff at this Red Robin is exceptional. I came in to get my birthday burger, and she just made the whole dinner experience wonderful. The food was decent. I've been to Red Robin many times, but it's been a while, but food was the same, except for the Ensenada Chicken. The Ensenada Chicken looked different from how I used to have; it actually didn't look too appetizing. There was tons of sauce on it, and too much of it; my bf didn't care too much for the dish, and scraped the sauce off the chicken. Of course, still enjoy the bottomless fries.
