They also go by Pasta Italy on Doordash. The food was not edible and most ended up in the compost bin. I also was disappointed because I wasn't intending to order from Romios as I already know I don't care for them. I thought I was ordering from a new place in Redmond so it's extremely disappointing that they use these deceptive tactics to get business.

Food was very bland, service was nice but forgot utensils and napkins in a to go order. Was inside an Indian restaurant and minimal atmosphere.

Do yourself a favor... pour a glass of wine at home and make your own Italian or order from anywhere else.Ordered delivery. Got the meat"ball" halves, "chicken parmesan" and garlic dough. The meat halves are placed in a calculated layer of half inch cheese to hide the tactical shrinkflation. The chicken was sliced deli thin, with no breading and smothered under a half inch of cheese to hide the gray discoloration and the plastic feel of the overcooked outer surface. The garlic dough is in our toaster as I write. Won't order again. The operating name on Uber Eats is "Pasta Italy" which has a bogus address to nowhere. The pictures of food here on Google are the closest match to what we were served. Watch out.

This is not a Romeo‘s restaurant. It is an Indian restaurant. The Indian food is great. The Italian food is terrible. I ordered chicken Alfredo and a chop salad. It is the worst Italian food I’ve ever had in my life. It is under seasoned and gross. Cost me $35 and I threw it away. Not only is the Italian food terrible but you can’t find the location. It’s an Indian restaurant with a sticker in the window that says Romeos. So I don’t know if they bought the Romeo sticker but they do not know how to do Italian food. Their Indian food is great Italian food is garbage.

THIS IS NOT THE ROMIO'S YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.The real Romio's pizza and pasta has locations in Seattle and Kirkland. This place is completely unrelated and trying to steal business. I placed an order here before realizing I had been duped.THEY HAVE LITERALLY POSTED PICTURES FROM THE REAL KIRKLAND LOCATION TO FOOL PEOPLE. Is this a violation of Google's terms of service, or perhaps even trademark law?

Not Romio's. Weird that they are branding themselves as such.

We ordered delivery recently and decided to try this place for the first time. A half dinner salad and 2 pizzas. Neither one of the pizzas or the salad looked anything like the pictures on the menu. The salad was 90% lettuce, had 2 slices of white tomato (not sure what kind it was, never had white tomato before), and few small cucumber pieces, some sliced black olives, and some cheese on top. The pizzas were undercooked, very doughy, tons of cheese, and light on the toppings. Some of the worst pizza I have ever had and way overpriced. If I want bad pizza I can get it from Dominoes for 1/2 the price. We will never order from this restaurant again.

I order online for pickup at 1010 am. The restaurant opened at 10am. I called twice at 1030 to make sure my order is ready before leaving, no one picked up. I drove to the restaurant, the restaurant door was locked, no one inside, no open sign on. So I left to order food somewhere else for my lunch time. I called again at 1130 to see if they are opened to request a refund. The worker picked up the phone, told me my order was ready and refused to give me a refund. Put me on hold and handed me over to another worker who then try to convince me that they open at 10am and they can deliver the food to me if I purchase something small. I refused, as I already got lunch for a group of people somewhere else. He then told me he will call me back after he talk to the manager. I never got a call back.

We didn’t dine in, but ordered delivery to the Hampton Inn in Redmond, WA which was close by. They use ‘Slice’, which is horrible compared to Dominos, Uber, and other apps that actually tell you/show you how close the delivery is.In short, here were the issues for $50 including tip!1) delivery estimate time way off from the ‘Slice’ idiots. No updates that had anything to do with reality.2) NO F’ing utensils in the packaged food from the restaurant. No bread or napkins either. Italian food is ‘finger food’, right? Dumbsh1ts…3) Food was mediocre at best (chicken fettuccine and chicken penne). I could make better at my house with out even trying. Chunk chicken from a Tyson bag it seemed like…4) ‘Slice’ delivery driver couldn’t even answer my questions in English regarding why she was so late.Note to self: Stop tipping when entering the credit card info. Cash tip if they actually do their job…nothing if it sucked like this experience.Tried to call to complain and got hung up on before i said a word.Would have had a better experience eating Chef Boyardee :-)Besides that, everything was great.

I accidentally ordered from Redmond instead of the Totem Lake locations and the difference in ratings is absolutely appropriate. Tiramisu doesn't taste like tiramisu, not enough cocoa on top, the biscuits were dry. Pizza with not the right proportions of ingredients, waaay to much cheese. Definitely avoid.
