I really wanted to 5 star this place, but I have a big pet peeve when it comes to explicitly asking for something and getting something else. I ordered a double lox everything bagel with NO CAPERS to go. But there were capers all over it. After spending the time to dig all of the capers out, the bagel itself was great. So while I'll give the food and atmosphere a 5, I'm dropping the service to a 1. To the owners: make sure your employees are making what the customer...
Good location, friendly staff, good bagels -- its just overpriced. Still, I do think they make fresh, tasty meals. Unfortunately, my recent experience had quite a skimpy amount. It's one of those things that I truly believe would just be cheaper to make at home.

- Cream cheese to-go packs were 4 days old, no fresher ones available
- Nothing on the menu that is non-bagels/non-chametz (such as fruit cups) to eat during Passover
