I was disappointed with my visit. My toasted bagel arrived barely warm and had an unpleasantly hard texture. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and value. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, which is the one redeeming aspect of the experience. However, I can't recommend this place until they make significant improvements to their food quality.

I liked this place and I’ll be back. Friendly staff, good service, my bagel sandwich was tasty enough. The atmosphere was off putting - very big, quiet, and echoing. My friends and I felt weird sitting down and talking at a normal volume. We realized we were running late and the person at the counter was really nice about switching our orders to takeout after we had ordered.

Service is fast, and if you have little ones they have coloring supplies to entrain them.
You can park on the street or in the building where theres public parking for retail.
