About a month ago I was followed through the dark parking lot by one of their employees, my privacy was violated as he took pictures of myself, my husband and our car. When I confronted him, he accused me of stealing. Even after I got out, and showed him my receipt, he still kept going, saying he didn't see me pay. He never apologized and walked away with the police still on his phone. I complained to corporate, they made a case and said they would send it to the store and I would hear from them. I went in once a week and even after leaving my name and phone number 4 times and talking to the store director Steven, I still got no call or follow-up or anything. I'm forced to conclude they agree with their employees harassing and violating their customers privacy. I do not feel safe shopping here, which is a shame because it is right by my job and was the most convenient store to shop at. DO. BETTER

Came to the store 5 minutes BEFORE closing time and they DIDN'T let me in even though I said I'll be super quick, I needed 1 product!!! Very disappointed.

We chose to have a custom-made mermaid-themed cake for my daughter, and we were absolutely thrilled with the cake and its decorations. Ruth, the cake artist, baker, and decorator, is truly remarkable in her craft. We have immense admiration for her work and are truly delighted with the outcome.

The employees in it has always been nice and helpful everytime I needed directions to either an item or an isle. Been walking to & from (4miles total) since 2020. The route is dope in the summer, just the walk alone is grounding. I'm gonna miss this Safeway and I "wish" all the employees I've come across "well". I refused service at your deli today because your staff, SERVING FOOD, did not wear a face mask correctly, her nose was fully exposed, and she did not try to fix it between serving customers. Disgraceful.

Floral department during homecoming season is crazy busy! Lorri was SUPER nice to me and my daughter's date's mom Christy too. Her son/my daughter's date is going through a tough time (chemo/brain cancer) and Lorri was so empathetic to them both. Safeway generously gifted her son a gorgeous presentation bouquet so he could give it to my daughter, who was surprised and thrilled. Thank you so much for your kind compassion, Lorri - and to the Floral Dept manager who approved her sweet ask. You made both us moms cry :)
