Comfy clean rooms, nice bar... and right in the heart of Redmond Town Center. Tons of food and shopping just outside the front door.The hotel only offers valet parking... but you can park for free in the large parking lot just one block to the south... and i think the parking garage directly across the street (for the shopping mall) is free.

My family of four had a great time at this hotel. The rooms and the hotel were very clean. The service was friendly and prompt. This was a great location for a stay with two teens. The teenaged kids could hang out at the mall or walk the paths in the area while mom and dad walked into downtown Redmond for a beer at the brewery. There were lots of great food options within walking distance. The pool was clean but cold. There were plenty of places to sit by the pool and read while the teens swam.

The place was nice and the staff helpful. Stayed during the Delta variant and the room was clean and they provided sanitary wipes, i brought my own too. The only issue was power went out on the last day of visit. I was checking out so for me I slept thru most of it and had to get ready by flashlight on my phone. All in all would go back.

Conveniently located in redmond town center. The pool and fitness center were nice. The restaurant and the bar were not open The entire 3 days we were there, disappointed. Our room was not overly clean and there was major dust behind the beds. Crumbs from our food drew ants, which was off putting. I appreciate the laminate floors, but it pulls any items from the floor into your bed, which makes beds dirty and no housekeeping service in 3 days we stayed. Overall, okay stay, but expected more from a marriott.

This hotel is in a great location. I arrived early and they were able to get me a room fairly quickly as well which was nice. I was underwhelmed with the room itself. It didn't feel quite as clean as I would like. The shower felt dirty and my door had scratch marks all over it (probably from a pet). They had the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in large bottles that were attached to the wall. When I took my shower I discovered that the conditioner was empty. They promptly sent someone to replace it but it was still annoying. I also forgot that this type of hotel never offers the free breakfast. I wish now that I had just stayed at the Residence Inn. The front desk staff were very friendly and the location was awesome but some details made me wish I had stayed elsewhere.

If you have any special requests then they are very happy to help you with those. Check-in is very efficient and everything is low drama. Room was very clean. Parking is an added expense but is super convenient so it's worth it. We did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. We will stay here again without a second thought.

I had a really mixed experience here. On the one hand, the staff was excellent. Polite, smiling, and helpful. I even saw the manager dealing with an aggressive and rude Karen at the front desk with admirable professionalism. However, the room was gross. It obviously hadn't been cleaned properly. There was old food on the floor that I had to clean up myself, and I constantly felt little bits of stuff on the bottom of my feet. Even the pool was a wreck, moss growing all over, broken concrete and holes on the edge of the pool and around the area. Even concrete inside the pool. And the complimentary towels there had some kind of gross food or something inside. The rooms weren't exactly cheap, so I was pretty disappointed. Somewhere there is an issue between well-trained front desk staff and then poor custodial management.

Ugh. Took over 15 minutes to be greeted. Sat at a dirty table. Ordered drinks. They never came. We left after waiting 45 minutes.
Breakfast is good, service is great.
I was there for a business lunch, the place was nice and quiet, perfect for meetings. Plus, Salmon was on point. Really good!
