My gf and I love Shaburina. Its our go to spot for hot pot not only because the food is so good but because Terrance (the owner) is extremely hospitable and personable. We leave as very happy customers and are satisfied each time we visit. Solomun, our server was also extremely friendly and checked on us frequently. You can tell by the way he interacts with each table that he genuinely wants you to have a memorable dining experience. 5 stars.

For $39.99 per person and $23.99 for a child under 4 ft 7in. All you can eat beef for 90 minutes but a lot of MSG in the soup.

Meat quality is ok but too thin. Salad bar selection is so so and all cheap stuffs. Service is not exist and no server ever come by. Definitely not worth the price and wouldn’t come back. There are better hot pot place elsewhere.

I only eat shabu shabu here.

The food is good, but they charge a 3% credit card transaction fee on top of the total amount, including taxes and the tip. Therefore, if I tip more, the credit card transaction fee increases. Consequently, I should pay less tip. Paying a 3% credit card transaction fee is ridiculous, especially when it's calculated on the total amount, including taxes and the tip. This could lead to people giving less tip to service staff.

* Unexpected 3% surcharge for credit card payments; notice would be appreciated before ordering.* As a first-time customer, I found the waiter impatient and unhelpful in explaining the menu, particularly the buffet format and serving options for different meat choices. This caused confusion for me.

Went in with a big group for a birthday. Solomon was the perfect server! Matched our vibes immediately. Very attentive despite being so busy during peak hours. He’s been my server 3 times now and his service is always memorable. The guy needs a raise.

Hot pot on chilly days can be so soul warming, and this place nailed it. The beef was delicious and the seafood options on the buffet were an unexpected bonus. Next time, we hit their website BEFORE LEAVING HOME to enter their waiting list. On arrival, we and about 15 arriving customers waited for many minutes before we encountered the person who handles the list. We were seated about 25 minutes after arriving and the meal was very satisfying.

Def not worth $150 for two hot pot... ($55×2 + tax + tips)Not expecting only four meat options and bad soup base, which should be a important element of shabu shabu. The base is either extremely sweet, spicy(straight numb) or savory, and the flavor is just surprisingly bad. When ask if they could consider to change the soup, they insisting on charging extra $4 for the service. The shrimp without any dip tastes like been soaked in salt water for days. Overall highly OVERPRICED... I am willing to pay high price for equivalent quality. Still wondering why ppl give it such a high rating... the above are all real painful experience, hope you think twice or be more prepared before dining there, good luck!

We came in pretty late after a hockey tournament with three small kids. Solomon was so nice and accommodating of our group. The food was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be returning.

the waiters were very rude and very pushy. they clearly do not see their customers as guests but more as just a metric for money per 90 minute period. They were very entitled and didn't help us through the menu when we needed it. Some of us have dietary restrictions and need questions answered. They did not care to do so. No one explained how the restaurant works as it was very unintuitive to figure out how to even get your food. There also wasn't many very options for people who don't want to eat pork due to religious or health reasons. The broths didn't look very good and did not explain what was actually in them. When we tried to ask the waiter what was in them they just walked away passive aggressively. I recommend going to happy lamb hot pot instead, really great service and even better food there!
