Let's get the negatives out the way. My biggest issue is probably that I dont live next door and have to drive a whole 12 minutes to get here. I would probably eat here everyday if I could. Great quality food no matter if you get the premium or the house course. Beef and pork are both great options. I eat here very often and haven't left disappointed once. Service here is great and you can tell the owner really cares about this place and the customers. Very, very highly...
Relatively pricey AYCE hot pot with unlimited quality meat. The salad bar felt uninspired for the price point - mostly frozen items & limited choices on veggies. The yuzu sauce was fire.
The spicy miso tasted strange, like a watered down tomato soup, and definitely not spicy. Everyone else in my party had to put in quite a bit fish sauce or season their broth because it was all too bland - and we all had different broths.

I love Shaburina. It’s one of our favorite spots, and I’m always bringing friends here. The place is always clean, the service is efficient, and the food is excellent. Definitely try the chef’s choice sauce. Ordering is easy, and the staff are very helpful and patient.
