30-45 per customer for buffet. Foods are above average but not excellent. There are only 8 meat options, pork and beef. Buffet does not include drinks and appetizers. When busy, you may expect 5-10min till someone can serve you.
I usually swing by here about once a week for lunch. I think they might have new owners now. My go-to broth is the original kombu, which is super tasty, and I’ve got my own sauce recipe. I didn’t even know what it was; I just went there so often that I figured out where they keep the sauce. I didn’t know the name, but I remember one of them is the house special. Recently, though, they changed that house special sauce; it used to be nice and thick. The soup is still great...
After hearing such great things about this restaurant, I finally decided to come with my daughter. We did not have the best experience, the premium meat which was $50 wagyu was so fatty. Between 2 of us we got 8 trays of wagyu and 5 of them were pure fatty. There was only one server who was busy, so was not the most attentive to all customers as he had a lot to attend to. He was very nice but it is not fair for this sort of service to be provided for such a high price and request...
