It really isn't worth going here anymore. This place had acceptable service and drinks a few weeks ago, but recently things have been reliably disappointing. Everytime we've gone something goes wrong. The order is incorrect (no passion fruit in the mango passion fruit tea), it takes a while to get our drinks because they're busy fixing the last mistake, the tea tastes flavorless or watered down, they're out of something on the menu, or the boba is really, really poorly made: burnt and powdery.
Winter melon with fresh milk
Disappointing unfortunately. Got the Oreo blended drink. Came out entirely liquid without any ice or slushie. Flavor was also lacking. Not sure what happened but would not recommend this branch. Usually big fan of the chain.
Remodeled recently with new menu. I used to get the green tea (less ice, light sugar) with aloe. Now they don’t serve aloe so this time I got the honey oolong tea with honey jelly.
Honey jelly is delicious! Service was patient with my many questions about the menu. They made up drink names so it’s hard to guess what “golden retriever” drink would entail.
Gross and dirty interior. Very small menu compared to other shareteas. Unfriendly employees.
Fresh milk tea option (with taro) is really special!

We decided to order a hot drink today because it was cold and also paid extra for creama to be added. What we got was an 8 oz Costco paper cup with a thin layer of creama. They sealed the cup and gave us a straw to drink a hot drink. Now if you ever try to drink a hot drink out of a straw you know that is the stupidest thing you can ever do unless you want to lose feelings in your mouth for the next few weeks.
If they don't have their usual paper cup and lids for hot drinks, they should've told us when we ordered. Instead we got con into paying for a full price drink but got half the size and potential burn/scaring of your mouth. We ended up peeling the seal off to drink our drink. They used to be good and care about their products, but recently their quality and services have been bad.
50/50 if your boba is good or clumpy.
The employee put her nose in the cup and sniffed the pearls for every order for whatever reason???
Ordered a Thai milk tea and when I received it, I could still taste clumps of powder from the original mixture (which i’m assuming wasn’t mixed properly), and to add on, it tasted absolutely nothing like Thai tea.
I asked them to make a different drink (Oolong), which I’ve gotten many times before, and after leaving the store and trying it, it tasted like water. I mean, there was the tiniest hint of tea, but it was so much worse than it’s ever tasted. I’m not sure if it was the time we came, or something else, but it felt like $7 down the drain.

Not giving taste like before.
came in for my lunch during my work and got a taro milk tea with boba. The barista, Alex, was quick and attentive, made my drink really fast, and was efficient. I'll be coming back again for sure.
We had Taro pearl milk with Boba and jelly. Unfortunately, the taste was not to our liking. It did not seem like a milk and felt very diluted.

Nice little place for tea with a great location for grabbing a drink on your way to other dining spots. They offer a huge selection of flavors, but I’ve found that some drinks have an artificial taste compared to similar places and might be too sweet, even with 0% sugar options for my taste.
